Had a good cut in a nice efficient manner. Could’ve been slightly more friendly but I realize they are probably used to people being buried in their phones and don’t want to talk much.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time now and every time I come I receive an outstanding cut to my liking. They also supply most of my hair products which are a little cheaper than other places

I got my hair cut there and I wanted to keep it the same style but shorter and I didn’t know it that was possible for my type of hair. They were able to give me a trim and even helped me style it. This place is awesome.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I am writing this review to spare others the absolute horrific experience I have gone through with this hair salon… Firstly, I’d like to mention that I agree with the review below me, these people lack customer service skills and have no idea what it means to make customers feel welcomed and important… they would rather sit there and chat with each other than warmly greet new customers, and most of the time you go into this salon, it is DEAD… as is NOONEISINTHERE… Hmm… I wonder why. If you’d like to know what happened to me, keep reading. I(unfortunately) went into Best Cuts for a simple full head of highlights… nothing too difficult… and also wanted to get a trim done. I had mentioned to the woman who did my hair that I did not want my hair to be damaged. I had told her my horrific hair disaster three years back when I decided to bleach my own hair and fried it so bad that it took me three years to grow off all the damaged hair. My hair was finally healthy and vibrant again… my curls were luscious and gorgeous, and the last thing I wanted was to fry it again only to have to wait another three years to grow it back to it’s healthy state again. Lord knows how depressed I was having to cut off all my hair and wait for it to grow only to keep cutting it for it to finally be healthy again. So she assured me my hair would not be damaged… she mentioned nothing about even a possibility my hair would get damaged, and I believed her because she was a professional and would know more than me… I have also always dealt with honest hair stylists who will be upfront with you about the condition of your hair and even REFUSE to process it because they know better than to process damaged hair. She handed me a pretty crappy selection of blonde colors to choose from… and I had selected a honey-ish blonde color. nothing too light, because as we know, the lighter you go, the more damaging it is to your hair. Anyways, once she applied the color, she had me sit under the hair dryer… for a LONGLONG time. Needless to say, by the time she was done cutting the gentleman’s hair(who she started assisting after putting me under the hair dryer), she rinsed the chemicals out of my hair and it was PLATINUMBLONDE!!! I’m talking so freaking light that it looked like I had salt and pepper hair! The contrast of the platinum against my dark brown hair looked awful! I instantly knew I was in trouble. When she started to comb my tangled hair, I felt it with my hands and there was that GOD awful, stringy, fried hair feeling I am very familiar with from 3 years before. She ended up toning down the color and the color was very pretty once she was done, but my hair was fried… again. She could tell that I was very concerned and so she offered to curl it/style it for me for free, probably so that she could make it look presentable looking enough for me to want to pay her. Anyways, I washed it once a week afterwards because I knew it was fried and I wanted to put as little stress on it as possible, and after about the second week, I called the salon to complain. My hair looked AWFUL once air dried… it looked frizzy and completely fried… not to mention it had the most awful dry texture to the touch. When I got to the salon to have my hair inspected by the manager, the manager, the woman who did my hair, and some other stylist whom I had never seen before, sat there arguing with me about how my hair was already damaged. What the HELL?! Seriously? You’re going to tell ME how MY hair was(when you weren’t even there and have never touched or even SEEN my hair?!) Oh hell no. I had to show them pictures of what my hair looked like air dried before going to their salon, and tell them that my hair was NOT damaged before, and even if it was damaged, WHYWOULDYOU, THESTYLIST, DOSOMETHINGTOMYHAIRIFITWASALREADYINBADCONDITION? Not that it was, but I’m just saying… really? I was bawling my eyes out at this point, furious and saddened. If you had even seen these ladies teaming up on me, you would have never returned to this God awful hair salon. I couldn’t believe they were trying to make excuses for their AWFUL work. The manager ended up doing some kind of keratin conditioning treatment which helped a little bit, but my hair will pretty much never be like it was until I grow all of this processed hair out. I have never had my hair fried from highlights that were done professionally in the 10 years I have been getting my hair done. EVER. This place is just awful. If you want to get color done or anything that could potentially damage your hair such as chemical perm, chemical straightening, etc, DONOTGOHERE… the prices may be better compared to most salons, but seriously, spare yourself the heart ache. I am so upset with what they have done to my beautiful hair… I wish I would have listened to my gut instinct when it was screaming not to go there.

Don’t go here. I was not warmly welcomed here. I requested the service I was looking for and both women looked at each other, like«ok, who is gonna do this?» There was no one in there and you could tell they would rather both sit and read magazines all day rather than have anything to do with anyone. I can blow dry my own hair better than this woman did. And, they advertise something like around $ 14 or so for a cut, yet, they charged me $ 20 just to blow dry my hair! That is not a lot for a nice hair salon… but way too much for a place that is less fancy than a Fantastic Sam’s. Jeez! I would not go back here for even the simplest of services!
