Starbucks

Great experiences at our local Escalon SB! The morning crews are always working their hardest to satisfy customers, especially when the drive thru lines are long! I recently noticed some new faces, as I was at drive thru she gave me several options of kind bars and was pleased with her smile and service! Great job Serena!

This Starbucks is consistent, fast, friendly, and personal to their community and customers. The place is always neat and clean but just a little bit on the loud side compared to most Starbucks.
I use mobile orders for this location, and they always have my drink and pastries there, on time, and hot. I or my co-​worker come here so often to pick up our drinks and each other’s order that they are totally comfortable in giving you multiple orders if you picking up someone else’s order.
The location is genius, as it is in central location in Escalon and generates traffic from commuters and people coming in from Oakdale and Modesto.

My husband just told me that they’ll put out an APB if he doesn’t show up every morning…

Went into the store today and saw the 30−50% off rack with all the mugs on it so I took up one of the «California» mugs and asked the girl how much it was since it was on sale and she told me all the Cali mugs were not part of the sale. If that is the case there should be any California mugs on that «sale» rack, or she should have honored the sale price and then taken the non-​sale mugs down and moved them to a correct location.

The barista Nitzya was very helpful when I asked her about her suggestion about a cold brew! Very polite and had a great smile on her face! Definitely coming back next week!!!

The #1 priority in business is CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They are great socializing amongst them selves, however, the girls seem a little «put out» to take care of their customers. The guys do a much better job!
A couple of days ago was thee worst! The girl at the drive through window didn’t even look at me! When she gave me my change and came back with my drink… BOTH times she handed me my items with her back to me facing the barista talking to her instead of me! Bad bad bad service. My frappé wasn’t even good but I didn’t dare go back and seem like «I was the problem» and put them out.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had awful service in Escalon SB.
There are other places to get drinks and other SB to patronize. If you can’t get good service much less a good «expensive» beverage, what’s the point?

Awesome Starbucks it’s one of my favorites! I love this location it’s always convenient to stop by or to drive by since they offer drive thru service. The employees here are always nice and helpful and the drinks always taste delicious. Whenever I do stop by its never too crowded nor noisy. Perfect place to stop by and work on homework with useful free wifi available. I always have a great experience at this location. Makes me want to stop by every single time I’m in town. Another great thing is that there’s other places to stop by and grab something to eat along side of your Starbucks. Such as mountain mikes, Burger King, Taco Bell, subway and much more. The only bad thing I can point out about this location is the lousy parking lot it’s located on. It’s always hard to get back on the road since the southern exit is a no left turn exit forcing people to take a right turn and having to make u turn down the road if possible since there’s a lot of oncoming traffic. Well thumbs up for this place.

the slowest starbucks ever… but the only one in escalon so i’m forced to come here .and every time i come my order gets messed up every time… and when i order anything that has to be cooked it’s either cooked or burnt… in fact i just went thru the drive thru ordered an iced carmel maciato and i get served a hot so i’m currently sitting waiting for them to remake my drink and had no problem charging me …

Clean store, expensive drinks, kind of confusing when ordering, pumps this, heavy or light that, too many choices to be able to get a cup of. Coffee

Cashier was friendly, the rest of the staff should stand in front of the next train. Extremely rude.

What can you say about this place? Where to start? First let’s start with a convenient location. If you’re craving coffee while others want fast food, here you go. If you want coffee while enjoying some localmotive action, here you go. If you want to grab your coffee or tea and relax in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the passerby, but not lose track of time, here you go. Basically if you need a quality place to stop and refuel, here you go.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was only one customer in front of me and it took the barista over 5 minutes to wrap up with her and get to our order.
They just seemed to gab and not be concerned about other customers. All the meanwhile, the other employees were just hanging out at the bar area near the front door.
Once I got my cheese Danish, it was burnt. I went to get napkins and there were none. I asked the drink maker for a napkin and he blew me off. I had to ask the cashier, and she laughed and said that she was gonna put napkins out but never got to it. Handed me a few napkins but made no effort to refill the napkin holder for other customers.
Did I mention the place was full of flies… Disgusting!
Stay away from this place…

Ill give it three stars for the coffee however the interior is greatly lacking the hard wooden chairs make it difficult to sit in for any length of time it just didn’t seem to have that cozy feel other starbucks offer another big deal is the fact they keep all there creamer behind the counter and during busy times there customers are forced to wait at the counter for a staff member to get it for u come on starbucks wheres that service your famous for bring your creamer out and get some comfy chairs in there

I love this SB! It is by far the best I’ve been to. The staff is always pleasant and I swear they seem to make the best iced chai tea lattes ever! And their drinks are consistent. By that I mean, it always tastes perfect. There are times I’ve been to other SB and a chai could be mostly milk one day, then perfect the next, or you know you got pumped the last of the chai concentrate so it’s off in flavor. The Escalon SB I’ve found to be more consistent in the flavoring of how they mix their drinks :)

How hard is it to get an iced coffee, sweetened with cream right?
Apparently, it’s pretty tough.
This location is the only one that get it right every time.
My caffeine withdrawals thank you!

Friendly staff. Always tables available. I love that when I order a dark roast around noon, they are out so they make a fresh cup for me.

Fast service that I expect from starbucks what more can I say: P

I am a regular at this Starbucks. Unfortunately today I actually cancelled my order and left. This location is in a small town and we ride our bikes everywhere. On more then one occasion I have just gone up to the drive thru window and have had no problem being served. Today the blond girl must not have had her coffee this morning. She was so rude and gave me the dirtiest look because I had peddled up to her window. After taking my order and walking away she turns around and then Tells me that I’ll have to come in and pick it up. Grrrr. On every visit I’m usually treated friendly by the staff there. So since I didn’t getting coffee this am, rude blond drive thru girl you get a bad review oh and I called your manager!
