This family run business is big enough to handle the situation, yet small enough to CARE and to really want to help!
I know a half dozen families that have went to them for help and every single one came away satisified, says it all right there!

I always use Niceley’s for all my service needs. From the initial appointment to the completion of service, they go out of their way to completely satisfy the customer.

I have only used Niceley’s on 2 occasions, but both times were excellent. One was a new A/​C installation with one of their Maytag brand units. Had no idea Maytag made an A/​C unit, but it looks great and has performed well for 1 year now.
Second time using them was for maintenance to a Whirlpool refrigerator. This one was even better. Only charged the show up fee as the problem was diagnosed as having been a minor manufacturer error. A loose wire in the freezer was preventing proper defrost cycles. Fixed the problem, but didn’t charge anything for the trouble. (Didn’t buy this unit from Niceley’s and it was not under warranty)
I have also trusted this companies advice for other contractors and have been very pleased with their recommendation.
