I am from out of town and am in a lot of pain. Because I would be considered a new patient, even though I would only be there for one visit, they refused to see me.
It is a special problem that needs a dermatologist but the lady referred me to urgent care. And when I told her that I needed a specialist she said urgent care might be able to figure it out. Clearly the staff is unconcerned about people.
