Babies R Us

In general I don’t like baby superstores but they are somewhat of a necessary evil. IMO the entire baby and wedding industries are a huge racket but I digress.
I find Babies R Us prices on some items can be 20% higher than say Amazon and they try and make you think you are getting a deal because they have so many coupons. We received quite a few gift cards from this store and I had to use them plus we wanted to see a lot of the products we were considering purchasing in person.
This particular store offers great customer service. The two women I’ve dealt with who work in the Registry area are knowledgeable and helpful. If it wasn’t for them I would aimlessly wonder around this overwhelming store.
As with any chain store, ones experience differs from location to location.
