System was installed in fall of 2011 and has never handled water correctly. This year is the first time it was cold enough to see how they do with ice: icicles formed with our first snowfall. Water now flows past the gutters even during light rain. I’ve called the company many times. An installer came back to see it, couldn’t see a problem (but it wasn’t raining). I recorded the event but company will not come to see the recording. Calls to office get polite promises from the receptionist, but no action. Product and service failure.
