I have rented many times from Enterprise and each and every time was treated professionally and as a valued customer. The cars were always ready and the turn in was easy and efficient.

Seriously great service from obviously over worked staff. They (or most of the times that I have been there, she {Miranda, I believe}), has done an outstanding job juggling rentals, turn-​ins, cleaning, phone calls, etc. she is super friendly and efficient. As can be expected when there is only one person in the office, there is waiting, but she takes the time needed with every customer.

made a resavation for 10;00 got my car at 11;00 this is nonthing new they never have car ready manager joseph never even said sorry or nonthing clay was very nice an said sorry for delay. Its not just me it is everybody in there poor management. Jerry Johnson
