Beware of their billing practices! I received a HOA late notice in August 2015. As this was a mistake, I promptly contacted them. In my many phone calls and emails since then they have not been able to pinpoint when payment was not received. They have suggested 5 different months over a 20 month span and each time insisted I haven’t paid according to their ledgers. Every date they said I didn’t pay I have provided proof, and then they’d suggest a new month! I ended up paying again for the sake of my sanity. It got to a point it wasn’t worth my time or the stress. Homeowners beware! Demand an up to date itemized ledger at least twice a year!

In my quest to find a better management company for my property, I came across Westwind. I went in to meet with them and liked everything they had to say. So far the process with them seems incredibly easy and everyone seems super-nice. Hopefully it stays that way!
