Larry Moore and Dean Steel rock ! A construction project is never easy and there is always PAIN ! Some due to your own mistakes, some do to the gubmint inspectecators and some do to WHO the HELL KNOWS WHY WE PICKED THAT COLOR !!!
When you start the project you know it’s going to hurt and you hope it’s going to be worth all the blood sweat and tears.
ANYWAY back to my kudo’s for Legacy. ON TIME, ON BUDGET (15% LESS THAN THE OTHER BIDS) AND TURNED OUT GREAT. Visit The Cheesesteak Connection at 1000 S. Colorado and see for yourselves. Or the new Nicolos under construction on 13th. Thats one of theirs too.
