Lee & all staff (especially Luz) are extremely responsive & go above & beyond to be professional and courteous. I’ve had 3 service calls in the past 3 months (a new build house — all different unexpected scenarios) & they’ve consistently assisted & resolved the issue on the first trip. Really appreciate their professionalism & top notch attitude.

Central air decided to conk out right before we left town. Called three different providers at 7am – one never returned my call, one could come at 4:30, but would have to charge me double time portal to portal (so I would be paying for his commute home), and finally Tom said he could come out that morning. He came, had the part (I diagnosed it ahead of time), and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Great experience.

We’ve been using Gustafson since buying our new home in 2011 and they have always been great to work with.
We had an issue with one of our AC units yesterday and I called Gustafson, expected a several day wait, but as always they came through much faster than expected. Robert was here this morning and everything is working like new.

Amazing service! I called Gustafson at 7 in the morning after my heater stopped working in the middle of the night. It was 3 degrees out and the forecast was calling for 6 days of the same. I have two young kids and a space heater got us through the night, but was unable to keep up. By the time I got them to school, the house was down to 40 degrees. I expected I would have to call a long list of heating and air companies to find someone to charge me emergency rates to come out the same day, being the first real cold snap of the year. They were my first and last call. I got their number from a sticker on the unit from the original installation, found them to open and answering the phone by 7am, and had an appointment for the same day in no time. They were able to get to my house right on time, diagnose the issue, and pickup and install the part in about an hour. The cost repair was very reasonable with no surprise «extras» The house was warm by the time the kids were out of school and we have been comfortable in the recent sub-​zero nights.

I am a Real Estate agent and many of my customers have used Gustafson’s. Many times we have short deadlines and Gurstafson’s is always very good about getting a tech out to the property ASAP. Lee is amazing, friendly, prompt and informative. They stand behind their work and are competitively priced. I would highly recommend this company.

The absolute BEST service ever. Family owned. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. As long as I live in CO, they will always be my heating and air company.
