Would like to shout out about the excellent service recieved at this store today. Went in first saw Jahfre and he was wonderful however we purchased the wrong game for my grandson birthday.(my hubbys fault). Returned to the store at 813pm they were closed but the wondeful David exchanged the game fir us!!! He made my grandsons birthday a real hit! Thanks a lot guys!!! Jahfre was extremely heplful and very knowledgeable and sold us Xbox live with an extra month and the game stop card for him. You guy’s made my grandson birthday! !

Very helpful staff, knew exactly what i was talking about and needed. They actually seemed like they wanted to be there unlike any other store employee i’ve ever met. I ended up returning what I bought and they took care of it quickly with no hassles. Considering a lot of gamestops being closed in my area (fort lee and edgewater), this will be my go-​to gamestop for future needs.
