This isn’t always the case, but the staff on the morning of June 5th was the literal grumpiest group of people I have ever seen in a place of business. They were arguing with eachother on the floor! And mean mugging customers… Yikes! Asked an employee why everyone was stressed out and he says he has had no time to eat. It’s 9:30 am on a Saturday. Are they given no breaks, or are employees expecting customers to not come in? What’s going on guys? :/makes me worry if they’re getting treated well, or if management just prefers a certain type of rough personality…

I’ve never tried any of their sandwiches, but if you want a fresh and perfectly toasted bagel, this is usually a good place to get your fix

They made my breakfast bagel super quick, but when I got to my office to eat it(which is right across the street) it was very cold and unenjoyable.

Einstein’s is one of our guilty pleasures. We usually go to the Evans location but since the Hampden location is right by our house we go to this location from time to time. It is unfortunate that this location has the worst management and staff. Today was the last straw. There was only 1 person ordering. There were 3 people behind the counter they all looked at me but did not acknowledge me at all. Not one of them said they would be right with me or anything. 5 minutes… the length of an order to be made nobody said a word to me and when I started walking out someone finally said something. It is going to take a LOT for me ever go back to this store. It’s awful. Maybe the manager needs to be replaced with someone who cares about how their store is doing because by the looks of their reviews they’re failing BIGTIME.

Literally the worst Einstein. They mess up the order literally every single time. It’s really not hard to put cream cheese on the side instead of on the bagel, in fact it’s less work! I’m giving up on this location for good. Should have done that a long time ago.

Bagels did not taste fresh. Service was very good that’s what I gave the 3 stars for. For bagels they were mediocre and that is what they specialize in.

I started going here because of all the coupon mailings, but then I was hooked. I say I go once a week or every two weeks. I get the smoked salmon on bagel or the chicken pesto thinner sliced bagel sandwich. It is really good and a perfect lunch meal at a great price.

Not sure about the bad reviews– ordered without any difficulties, food and drinks came out quickly– smiling friendly faces! Food btw was excellent as expected. All this and a Sunday morning to boot! I WILL return to this store!

Worst service. The girl at the counter couldn’t get my sandwich right. And couldn’t get it rung in right either. It was just a ham and cheese on a plain bagel. It came out wrong and had to be remade. All of the tables were dirty too. Einstein’s get it together!

Worst run einsteins I’ve ever been to. It’s a bunch of kids with zero customer service experience, takes forever to get a simple order, and they never have anyone at the register. Corporate really needs to come in and shake this place up. Not going back till they do

Today was my second and last visit to this location, probably my last visit to the company entirely. I ordered the same thing both times– a breakfast bagel with egg and cheese only with cheddar and jalapeño shmear. On the first visit I revived my bagel with cheddar cheese only– no egg and no cream cheese. It was a busy morning for them– I work in the food service industry, I get it. I wrote it off and was willing to give them another try. Today I received my bagel again with NO egg, NO cream cheese, and one cold slice of SWISS cheese. For the prices they charge I will let them keep their fancy over priced bagels and get my breakfast elsewhere.

I have given these guys a try several times, as my girlfriend likes them. Each time I have gone in, I have gotten the wrong order, and attitude when I bring it up. The girls there with the colored hair do not seem to like their job very much. The last time I went in I ordered the last Jalapeño bagel they had. I paid and waited for my food to come out. About 10 mins later the girl comes up and says sorry I just sold the last Jalapeño bagel to the guy behind you… What?! I asked for my money back and she about fell over. I don’t think I will be visiting this location or Einstein’s again.

I love that I have an Einsteins so close to my work and their bagels are amazing. But the service is terrible. Some unprofessional girl with purple hair was really rude to me and instead of giving me plain cream cheese with my bagel she gave me a slice of cheddar cheese on it. Which makes no sense on a bagel. And on top of that I ordered iced coffee which I was looking forward to and the girl failed to tell me they were out of ice!

I’ve always been a fan of Einstein bagels, and was so excited when I found out that Einstein would be going into the old Payless shoe space. I really wish the service here was a little quicker, and the product more consistent. There have been a few occasions my bagel sandwich was so burnt it was almost inedible. It would be nice if maybe the employees had a little more training on the use of the equipment? Regardless I still love the egg white and turkey sausage sandwich and will return for it.

I have always loved Einstein bagels… I was sooo happy to see one that had opened close to home! However, this place is poorly run. They have no clue what they’re doing. The manager is rude. In the 5 times I’ve been there they’ve over charged me 3times b/c they dont know how to properly ring things up, if they offer you a «free» cup of coffee with your purchase… watch out! It isnt free! They charge you $ 1.75! I know this place is «new», but one would think they’d get it together… I cant say that I’ll continue to eat at this particular Einsteins. I suggest going somewhere where they know what they’re doing.
