Chinese Express

It is cheap, the portion is BIG, and the food is good! Dont get fooled by the tiny place they have, their business are mainly to-​go, this place is packed at lunch time. But the service is good so we don’t have to wait in line for a long time. The sesame chicken is my favorite!

it certainly is cheap! for $ 8 i got a packed take out box, a reasonable size container of soup and 4 cheese wontons.
the food is so cheap you wonder «how can they sell this food for so cheap?» and then you taste the food and you think «there is a reason they can sell this food for so cheap, but i am too confused by these flavors to guess!»
and like all other dollar~ a scoop places, it is conveniently located next door to an animal hospital, for your added convenience!

Cheap, good, fast, and fresh. Way better than Panda Express and just as tasty as delivery

I really used to love this place. They changed how they made their food. Maybe a new vendor? Idk. It’s not good anymore. I spit out the egg rolls. Ive tried it several times over the past few months an it has just never gotten better.
So sad.

We’ve eaten here for years & it’s my FAVORITE Chinese in ALL of Denver! I’ve eaten expensive Chinese food & it still pales in comparison!
Serving size & price: Their «scoops» are HUGE!!! And each scoop is $ 1-​something s scoop. You simply cannot beat that deal! The serving size is so large that I split my order with my 10-​year old son.
Quality: I always get the sesame chicken and half lo mein/​half rice. I also get the wantons & egg rolls. My husband gets the chicken & black bean with rice. In our opinion, it’s the best quality around.
It’s fast. It’s super cheap. And it’s great quality. Seriously… I can’t say enough about this place.

It is very cheap, it does taste good… So why the 1 star? My husband got horrible food poisoning. I mean horrible, like I cannot stand being on the same floor as him because its making me sick kind of horrible.
In case you are wondering he ate the broccoli beef, fried rice, and vegetable rolls…

$ 1.39 a scoop and, it’s GOOD!
Their take out menu looks pretty much the same as all the others, and there’s no mention of the scoop deal. I wouldn’t have even bothered to check this pace out, but I was with my Dad and he suggested it, and stopped. Am I glad I did!
The «scoops» aren’t scoops at all, but HUGE servings, for what you pay. For dinner with my parents, we got crab cheese wontons (4) lo mein noodles, fried rice, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and some random veggie dish. That’s SIX «scoops,» of dinner for three for a whopping $ 9.00! That’s right, 9 even. Apparently they round off the bill, but not the servings.
Bottom line, the prices are amazing for you get. This may not be the best of the best, but for the money, this is amazing!
