the only reason they get more than 1 star is because the ice cream is good. the service is terrible. the guy was on the phone the whole time. he doesn’t have a menu with the prices for cones. all he did was point to a half-​assed menu and screams to me that it’s right there. terrible service.

The quality is consistent or as expected from Carvel. The demeanor of the man serving us leaves a lot to be desired. It’s almost as if he’s annoyed by your request (s.)
Ice cream is such a comfort food and brings smiles to many people — young and old. It would be wise for the person working behind the counter to remember that the experience is as important as the product.
