Broadway Discount Liquors

I love this place and I am disappointed at some of the other reviews. Especially when someone has the gall to say things like «more respectable customers». These people are kind, helpful and always offer to carry my purchase to the car with me (I walk with a cane). Their prices are better than any of the surrounding stores. Liquor Barn, The store closest is a horrible place. Over pricing and the owner is not a kind man. They also under pay their employees treat them very poorly. I love Discount and will always go there as opposed to any other liquor store.

This liquor store has very good wine selections. Store staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. I usually get 2 – 3 bottles of wine. Nina the store mgr is funny and helpful.

I love Discount Liquors. Their prices are drastically lower than the surrounding stores and EVERY time I’ve been there they are very friendly and helpful. I changed from Liquor Barn because they consistently gave bad customer service.

Finally, a place close to my house that is cheap for wine. Every other liquor store I have been to in the area has been super expensive for wine, so its nice to have somewhere else to shop. The other liquor stores that have a good selection and prices on wine are further than I wanted to drive for just a quick stop.
Discount Liquors isn’t anything special, just a small building next to 7Eleven. It is definitely a quick stop; grab what you want and go. They have multiple people working registers, so there is almost never a line which is nice.
Their wine selection isn’t huge, but they had at least ten wines I recognized and would definitely drink. They have whites, reds and a chilled section with champagne. The prices were much lower compared to Liquor Barn and others. I ended up purchasing Ravenswood Zinfandel and it was only $ 7.99! Two dollars cheaper than everywhere else. They have beer and liquor too. The prices seemed fair on those as well. I made my purchase and they gave me some Halloween candy for the road! I will definitely be back!

The clerk, Nina, is rude and uses obsenities when talking to customers. I think the owner should know about her attitude and the fact that although the majority of her customers are blue collar the store is very close to Cherry Hills and she has more than likely driven more respectful customers away.

Great Neighborhood LQ. Knowledgeable staff, very large selection of everything. They even have gift packs.
