Just went to pick up the cake I ordered for my nieces 18th birthday and it was not ready — packed but not iced or decorated. They offered me 15% off an existed cake with all vanilla ice cream! I can go to Carvel for a vanilla ice cream cake. Very disappointed!!!
P. S. They just called to offer to deliver the correct cake in one hour which was nice but still too late.

Waste of time: waited 20mins for ice cream when there was only 1 customer in line before me. One Employee was busy tending to the customer while the other employee ignored me for 19mins. Finally when she asked for my order (soft serve vanilla cone), they were out out of it. Instead i had chocolate which was over 5 $ and tasted like a metal, sour taste. My husband agreed and we threw it out.
1. Too long of a wait
2. Expensive
3. Bad product
=waste of time

So many types of ice cream flavors and of course Ben & Jerry’s has some of the more unique ones!
Got two scoops of chocolate fudge brownie ice cream for less than $ 5. Not bad and definitely was a nice, cold treat on a pretty hot day.
This is a great way to top the night if you’re dining out in Englewood!

Ben and Jerry’s is always amazing. My current top flavor choice– Chocolate Therapy. Chocolate ice cream and chocolate pudding blended to perfection beats an hour of sitting on somebody’s couch and talking about my problems. And the ice cream will never ask you how it makes you feel. But if it did, the answer would be pretty freakin good!
This is a great location because there are so many restaurants on this block and the surrounding streets, B&J’s offers the perfect dessert follow-​up to an evening out.
And the cows on the walls make for interesting conversation.

It’s Ben and Jerry’s obviously 5 stars! Staff is nice, they give away ice cream at a lot of fundraisers around town including the walk for awareness! You have to try coffee Heath bar crunch in a waffle bowl, forget about it!!!

I can never talk bad about B&J.
The thing I like about their stores is that they carry Coconut Seven Layer Bar which you cannot find in stores.
Their ice cream is solid. Their staff is solid. Everything about this place is solid. Worth a stop in because NJ doesn’t have many B&J stores. ENJOY!

It’s Ben and Jerry’s so you really can’t go wrong. I placed an order online for my coworkers birthday cake and everything went fairly easy. The only thing about the website is… it doesn’t tell you how much anything will cost. You do get an email saying.“Your order has been sent to B&J” but there isn’t anything that confirms they can meet your specifications. So after I sent my order to B&J, I had to call for at least 2 hours (because the line was busy) to get a final price and to confirm they got my order. Overall, I’m pleased. The cake was delicious and it was available when I requested it. Note, you have to submit your order 48 hours in advance. :)
