I hate writing bad reviews. It puts me in a bad mood but people need to know about these things that happen in a world where respect, morals, and ethics are a thing of the past. As an architect I am even more disappointed that people and companies like this exists because we are under the same umbrella. Many times you will hear about a shady mechanic or contractor trying to muscle money out of you, put hidden costs in your bill, tell you aspects of your car/home are broken that isn’t, not finish a job, or do faulty work. I am ashamed to say this one is all of the above. Late last year our house flooded, we lost practically everything, the entire house was gutted and rebuilt. Our insurance company strongarmed us into using their contractor to get the job done even though we were worried about them after interviewing them. From the start they were extremely difficult to work with telling us they couldn’t do practically everything we wanted. They wanted to put the house back together as fast, cheap and dirty as possible. A story I have heard one too many times. They gained up on us with our own insurance company to swindle money from us(read my Mike Bailey State Farm review). They found ways and loopholes to get money out of us, telling us that can’t do standard work unless we pay extra while talking to our own insurance company to fight against us. I could write a book but I won’t. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one. When you have a choice pick a trust worthy contractor that you have researched.
