This place never disappoints. No matter the time or day we always have great service and food ! If you have a problem they will gladly fix it and they will also gladly refill your drink when dinning in !

The employees here are always so nice and the service is so fast. The last time I was here they brought the food out right after I found a table. They once messed up my order but I told them about it and they quickly fixed it. Like all chick fil a locations, the food here is great. I would recommend this place.

I am so sorry I can’t give this Chick fil A a better rating. Only once have I been given good service. Other times I would asked for a lot of ketchup, mayo and salt, since I never know what will taste the best with their fries. A couple of times the girl has given me such a hard time. Telling me you only ordered a number 7. I was shocked, since Chick fil in other locations have been super nice and given me what ever condiments I want. Really I have no desire to explain that sometimes I like ketchup with my friies, sometimes I like mayo. Need mayo for my sandwich but I wont know until I start eating how much I will need. Who wants to do that! And I only get this when I go to Enfield. There is a girl that has a major additude. I try not to go there since the girl is so rude. Food is still great!

I don’t know if it’s just this location or all chick fil as but they treat you right at this spot. Great place.

So’kay. Having gone a handful of times now, Chick-fil-A is just OK. Was told to try the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets. On our last visit, we got both sandwich, nuggets, and waffle fries. Some people swear by their chicken and honestly it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t phenomenal. Don’t believe the hype!

Immaculate supreme service, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The markers indicated our location to where our meal was brought to. Exquisite.

Ok I’ve been here twice now, so here it is. I had the original chicken sandwich the first go around and this time I had the spicy chicken deluxe combo. I honestly don’t get the hype. The chicken is good not great. Personally, I think the bun ruins it. It’s like a store brand hamburger bun your cheap friends buy for cooking out with frozen Bubba burgers. Lame. The chicken was just OK for me. I will however, tell you that the waffle fries are a good time. Not greasy at all. How’d they do that? Don’t care. MELIKEY! It’s worth a try but not if the waits long. Other than that. I probably won’t be back. Cheers!

When it first open it was a big deal. Line still snake for a little bit but it isn’t just the food that gets me coming back but the hospitality that I get when I go there. I’m always greeted by a great service staff that make it a point to converse and treat me like a guest and not a customer. Usually order the chicken sandwich with a sweet tea and a cole slaw as a side. Love how the staff member make it a point to reread my order to me. Shows me that they take the time with a smile to make sure I’m getting what I order. Table service with the food brought to the table with other staff members coming by and checking if we need a refill on drinks or anything else. It’s not a pressure to eat your food and get out but stay and take your time that we sometimes forget we have when we are always moving from A to B. The place has a play scape for kids so it provides that family feel to it. Good service, great food, good time

This is how every chain restaurant should be. Chick-Fil-A is one of those chains that does everything right! This place is very consistent… and it’s consistently good! I’ve had everything on the menu at least twice and I can honestly say that they do don’t have a bad item of the menu. That’s rare! My go-to choices are the grilled nuggets(if I’m trying to be health conscious) and the spicy chicken sandwich(which is also a lot healthier than a burger). Both are actually pretty ok nutritionally and very tasty. Their waffle fries are usually hot, salty, and fresh, but I’ve had a bad batch once or twice. The lemonade and sweet tea are great — together or separate. I mean it, you can pick from the menu with your eyes closed and feel confident knowing that you’re going to enjoy what you chose. This location has a double drive thru and a kids playscape. Customer service is one of their strong points too. You say thank you and you’ll always hear«my pleasure» as their response. Really comfortable place to be and it’s a shame their closed on Sunday’s — but they’re a Christian establishment(brownie points) so I understand. Great place; I highly highly recommend.

I mean, it is fast food. But at least it is clean, the employees are super friendly, and the place just overall has more pleasant vibes than other fast food places. We came here for a no frills quick breakfast; our kid is under 3 so totally age appropriate to play in the play area. She was so distracted that we were able to have adult conversation on a Saturday morning, which is the next best thing to be sleeping in. My only wish is that they had refill stations for soda. I mean refills are free and so cheap, why can’t they just let us refill our own drinks, instead of making an employee come around and ask.

There’s no question that Chik Fil A is certainly heads and shoulders above the rest in the fried chicken department. It’s the customer service that makes this chain shine even brighter. I’m very familiar with the southern Chick Fil A chains. Their customer service and attentiveness is so unlike anything found in the North. I was expecting this southern touch would be missing in this Enfield location. My expectations were shattered when an employee came to our table and ask if she could get anything else for us. Offered to refill an iced tea I had. It was refreshing to see this. Congratulations! This chain should just replace McDonalds. The world could be a much, better place.

Four and a half months after they opened, Chick-fil-A mania is still in full swing. I walked in for lunch today, and the line was practically to the door. They had ropes up to keep the crowd in line, and the line moved along pretty rapidly. You order at the counter, assuming you can make up your mind, and if you are dining in they bring your food to your table, and if yours is a «to go» order you line up at a side pick-up counter. Everything was super organized and as so may Unilocalers have stated, the people here are super friendly and showed wonderful customer service. I ordered a Grilled Market Salad — a very nice portion of grilled chicken with romaine, blueberries, strawberries, and diced fresh apple. I also ordered a «lemon water» with Splenda –sort of a Lite Lemonade and it was excellent. I sat and enjoyed my $ 10.57 lunch and watched the endless stream of customers, servers, chicken of every description, waffle fries, and shakes parade across the dining room. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

Omg the service here is superb. I’ve always known Chick Fil La had great reputation as far as customer service, but this spot went above and beyond. Everyone was just so courteous and pleasant. The waitress even delivered our food. And the food as always was excellent!

I personally never had the desire to go to Chick-fil-A because of their same-sex marriage controversy, but I had way too many gay friends who are obsessed with Chick-fil-A that I was convinced that I had to give it a try. I made the 25 mile drive up to Enfield after work in roder to do just that. To set the records set, with how highly people talk about Chick-fil-A, I had high expectation – like mind blowing, I’ve never tasted anything like it, I’m addicted like it’s cocaine high expectation. I was quickly brought back down to earth after my first bite. I had the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, waffle potato fries and cookies & cream milkshake. Everything tasted like it was supposed to – like it came from a fast food restaurant. Not even a like it came from a great fast food restaurant. They have the calories listed on the menu, and I had instant regret after eating my meal. Some saving graces to this place: physically, it’s a nice fast food restaurant and the service the high school kids working there provided me exceed my expectations.

A solid 4. And, that boggles my mind. This place is nothing as I expected. I honored my studly boyfriend’s wishes to come here because he spent a significant amount of time down south. After hearing him rave about this place for months on end, I gave in and we stopped here on the way back from our Arnold’s meat run. Meat sweats and all… I ordered the 3 piece chicken fingers with a side of waffle fries. He got the 10 piece chicken nuggets with waffle fries. The fries were so fresh — salty, perfect temp, perfect size. And the chicken? I thought it would be like Mickey D’s to be honest. It’s so lightly battered and fresh. The honey mustard was so good with it. I wanna try a salad next time. Yum! The staff was pretty friendly and when we walked in, we were about 10 people back in line. I was shocked how quickly the line moved. The dining area is more restaurant feel than fast food feel and I do like that. Fast food places skeeve me out to begin with. So, looks like my boyfriend picked a winner this time. And, he did a pretty good job with the restaurant too!

This place is great! It’s new, nice and clean! Total plus! The playscape is pretty neat; my three year old loves it! It’s in a convenient part of town! Best part is that the employees are extremely nice! They have a side table with all the sauces, unlike McDonalds, who will charge you for extra sauces. People will come out and get your food when you finish and they clean the tables immediately! Love the cleanliness of this place! The employees seem happy too, a total plus! The food is great and the lines are long at lunch, shows you how good their food is. A reminder, they are close on Sunday! LOL, I totally forgot.

As a born Southerner, I LOVE Chick-Fil-A, but this location needs to step up their game. The drive through is incredibly slow. I was there around 7pm to pick up dinner and they still had only the breakfast menu out. How on Earth had no one mentioned this before I arrived??? That blows my mind. They changed it, but still. The bun on my sandwich was stale and our fries were not cooked long enough. I’m hoping the issues are because this location is new. I was disappointed due to the fact that I know what to expect at a top notch Chick-Fil-A.

We had the usual experience at CFA. The customer flow was slower than I expected but with this being the 4th chain to open in the past year, the buzz might have finally sizzled. The inside was clean, the staff was very attentive and the food was served good and hot.

As a vegan, I’m a demographic that Chick-fil-A is definitely not intending to target, but I came here on opening day(2⁄26) for the first time to pick up birthday lunch for my roommate and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and medium drink combo for my roommate(her fav), as well as a large waffle fry for myself.(While I don’t eat meat, I do have a soft spot for fried potatoes.) Their waffle fries were probably the best I’d ever tasted, with a light hand on the salt… and they were only $ 2.07 including tax! The service is stellar and pretty representative of good Southern hospitality. It was packed because of opening day but the line moved quickly, and they called me «ma’am» when talking to me. And after I’d ordered and was picking up napkins at the condiment station, an employee walked out from behind the counter to personally give me my order. As I walked out, I was handed a card for a free breakfast sandwich on my next visit. I do think Chick-Fil-A is one of the better fast food chains in regards to the treatment of animals they source, both in humaneness to the animal and the healthiness of the meat that customers are consuming. Under the FAQs section on their website, they write, «All of our chicken is 100% pure breast meat with no fillers, additives or hormones… The chickens used by Chick-fil-A are raised by family farmers in large enclosed barns designed to protect them from the weather, disease and predators.» I’m happy that their meat is hormone-free, but since their chicken isn’t free-range or organic, I would like to see this company move more in that direction. Also, for vegetarians and vegans who may be eating here, check the website for meal options under the FAQs section… They offer more than just waffle fries for you! For all of the above, the good service, and the cheap prices – 4 stars.
