Got a cake for my dads birthday from here. For the price, I could have made it myself and it wouldn’t have been dry. Not only was it dry, but the flavor was hardly there. Go to the grocery store, by yourself everything you need to make a cake, and make it yourself.

Our company needed cake to feed 300 people on Friday. I called on Thursday and Baked Euphoria worked a miracle in delivering 3 large sheet cakes for us that were decorated with our company logo!!! This is the second time we purchased from them and the cake was just as delicious as the medley of treats we purchased in February. They were delicious, on time and beautifully decorated… Everyone raved most especially about the buttercream icing!!!

went in the small satellite shop near IBM, couple times was made feel welcome by the someone who is a family member i believe of the owner(daughter maybe), next couple times another girl was working. a small place like that you gotta have some personality, at least be friendly, now starbucks barista style is a little too much but come on, act like you work at a shop that needs return business and WANTS return busines… I wont go back.

You are lucky to get one star. I am from California and this morning I got a call from my mom. She let me know that my neice wanted one of your cakes for her wedding this spring. My experience with your cakes thus far, have been horrible. I will give you the fact that they look nice, however I have never tasted one that didn’t taste like a thawed out, dried out, tastless piece of cardboard. If you are the best, as you tried to boast about to my neice, it’s because the clients don’t eat cake. I have had the best, from all over the world and yours doesn’t come close to Wegmans and they are extremely affordable. Best of luck, trying to fool other innocent brides, you are not even close to the worst. Heads up future shoppers…

Cupcakes were good but Customer service left a bad taste… As we were waited on by a kind inexperience girl the owner shouted directions from Behind the Counter on how to access the LOOP coupon service… As Customers lined up(3 behind us) the owner didn’t get up to try to assist. As we let others go ahead of us it would have been great customer service if they owner took two seconds to explain the Loop Coupon system that she participates in. If that happened, along with a cupcake that would beat the grocery store we would go back…

Baked Euphoria is not my kind of bakery. While their stuff looks good it doesn’t taste good. Too rich and too sweet without enough subtle flavors that I enjoy in baked goods. It’s telling that all of their photos are of fondant cakes. I think fondant is an offense to good taste. I’ve tried their black and white cookies, their«red velvet cheesecake», the peanut butter parfait(which tasted like dream whip or something like that… I was expecting a more mousse-like texture) and a few others. One friend describe their stuff as appealing to «fat person taste»… I can’t disagree with that. I can see why some might enjoy this style of bakery but it’s not my thing.

I’ve given this place a try many times after the re-opening and have never had a good experience. The cakes and pastries aren’t great and they also made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I chose to pay with a card. Aside from my payment method choice, I’ve always felt a little uncomfortable, as if I’m not welcome. My relatives have reported feeling similarly and for this reason, as well as poor quality food, we choose not to return. Many other wonderful, high quality places in the area with welcoming atmospheres, so it’s not a difficult decision to make.

My mother recently ordered a bunch of bride and groom penguins for my wedding. They showed up by ups packed in a cattleman’s bbq box without any label for fragile/etc. The cookies themselves weren’t packaged seperately, or even with a piece of paper between them. 50% of them were broken(that i can always chalk up to UPS) due to the way they were packaged the icing/frosting on the cookies was just massively speckeled with dust. Would have given them 1 star, but the owner refunded the order.(if it looks good in the store, feel happy and buy it. but do not let them ship to you… very unprofessional)

Bonnie is great. She definitely cares about your experience. We’ve had several things there, and my wife is definitely the one who knows about great baked goods. Everything we’ve had has been very good. Some have been downright sinful! It’s hard to come by great bakeries(in our experience). Baked Euphoria ranks up there!

I decided to stop in with my kids and get some cupcakes. Once we placed our order I had to the lady behind the counter to pack the cupcakes separately because she’s trying to squish all the cupcakes into one box along with cookies. Then she had an attitude after that. If you work in a bakery you should know not to try to squish baked goods into one box. We tried our cupcakes and the were dry, hard and had no flavor. Yuck. I will not be back to Baked Euphoria ever.

I used to love their cannoli and cupcakes. When I got engaged I knew it had to be Baked Euphoria who did the cake. I scheduled the appointment with the owner and was so excited to find out all the selection of flavors to choose from. We had decided to do a small and intimate wedding of around 50 guests. When I told the owner she told me «I am not going to make samples for you to try for only 50 guests, you can have the scraps from someone else’s cake to try if I have the ones you want.» I was floored and said I will have to get back to her and left. Immediately went to another private baker and was treated much better experience. After that I called her back, let her know it would no longer need her to do our cake. She was Surprised! When she asked why I said before I was going to by the cake I wanted to be able to taste it. She said«oh I can make the samples it’s not a problem» It was wayyyy too late by then. I haven’t been back since and I tell every person I know especial my friends who are getting married!

i’ve been here a few times lately and tried various cookies and cakes/cupcakes. there’s still more that i’d like to try, their cinnamon rolls look great as do their pastries, but for now i’ll leave you with my thoughts on what i’ve had. cookies: i’ve tried the chocolate chip, peanut butter, and molasses, as well as the walnut kolacke. peanut butter cookies can very often be dried out, but not these ones, the one i had was great! the chocolate chip was great as well, although it’d be nice if they made ones with walnuts in them as well. the molasses cookie was very good, but unlike any i’ve ever had. i’m used to the kind of flat ones that are chewy with sugar sprinkled on top, this one was thick and still very moist and had a good amount of spice to it. as for the kolacke, they are my favorite cookies and walnut is my favorite filling for them. i tried making my own for the first time this past christmas and i couldn’t get the dough right. they are typically holiday cookies so i’m pretty glad that they are available here year round. the dough on them is very good, although my slovak friends would probably take a few points off because they aren’t rolled the traditional way. one already took off points for not having apricot ones(i think they have them but only during holiday seasons) cupcakes: first one i tried was the lemon raspberry one. the raspberry jam filling was a nice surprise but unfortunately it was the only thing i liked about it. the lemon flavor just seemed really artificial to me and i was not a fan of the texture. the cake itself could have been more moist and the frosting needed to be softer. the large glob of frosting(which also was colored but not flavored) would have fallen off if i had not held onto it while i ate it. the maple bacon cupcake had the same texture issues but i loved the flavor, it tasted like i was eating pancakes! could have used a little more bacon though to give it extra saltiness. the best cupcake i’ve had from here so far has been the chocolate peanut butter. again the cake itself could have been better, but the icing was very good, it was soft and flavorful. i also got a slice of the rainbow cake. they are $ 5 a slice and i knew before i bought it that it was going to be too much for it and as i had my first bite those thoughts were confirmed. now i understand that the labor that goes into this 6 layer cake has gotta be intensive, but it’s all looks and no flavor, and since each layer is so thin it’s not very moist either. so in conclusion, the cookies are great but i’d be wary of the cakes. i definitely plan on stopping in again but probably not any time soon seeing as how it’s kind of out of the way for me

Thanks so much to Bonnie and her staff at Baked Euphoria for making the most delicious and beautiful wedding cake for our wedding! I highly recommend the Lemon poppyseed and red velvet layers with buttercream frosting!

We tried some cookies and cupcakes, and they looked pretty in the bakery — but that is about the best thing that can be said for them. By the time we got our baked goods home, everything was squished because the woman working shoved them all into one small box. But ok, whatever. But the taste of these was just… awful. They could be best described as grocery-store box mix; but with awfully sweet and slightly grainy frosting. Honestly, I have made better at home with a box mix. Don’t bother — there are much better bakeries out there. Even Wegmans does a better job.

A while back ago, my best friend told me that she really wanted a cake with the likeness of the Winnie the Pooh character, «Tigger», for her birthday. I promised her, «I will get you a Tigger cake.» Meanwhile, I thought to myself, «Where on earth can I find a Tigger cake?!» Many bakeries can often just grab a photograph off the internet, and print it on edible paper to layer it on top of the cake. I’ve eaten many of these, and it tastes just like eating a layer of wax paper. No. I wanted it hand drawn with icing. Obviously, the degree of difficult of drawing an accurate likeness of Tigger ruled out most bakeries. I called around for a while, and finally I called Baked Euphoria. The person who answered the phone was exceptionally patient and nice, as he answered my(relatively silly) questions and answered them in an extremely friendly and understanding way. I imagine most people who call in for a cake are not really specific in what their needs are, so he provided in depth suggestions and explanations. I never had the impression he was rolling his eyes at me on the other end of the phone. He explained to me how the cake would be made, offered many flavors, fillings, topping, frosting, icing, color, Tigger graphic, and sprinkle options. The cake was able to be completed in a very short amount of time, and it looked AMAZING! It looked just like Tigger!!! To be honest, I was worried that Tigger would look like an orange blob with stripes and whiskers, but it looked perfect!!! I HIGHLY recommend Baked Euphoria for those special occasions where things need to be perfect. I also noticed that they had a large variety of baked goods available on a daily basis too, so I’ll probably stop in to sample some of their other creations. Oh and the cake was absolutely delicious. Extremely moist and flavorful with a delicate texture that melts in one’s mouth. YUM!!!
