White Oak Garden Apartments

I lived in this apartment complex for one year. Turner is no longer the landlord (as mentioned in the previous reviews).
Over the past year, under new management, they have re-​painted, refurbed the workout room, pool area, and landscaping. The office is attentive to service needs, and usually sends someone out within 24 hours.
Emergency maintenance is also very efficient. We had an issue with our kitchen sink, and the plumber came out at 11pm on a Saturday night.
The apartments are very big, and great for the price. The neighborhood is nice, and they are conveniently located right next to Trader Joe’s.
I would have lived here longer, but my roommate moved out of state, and there are only 2 bedroom apartments at this complex. We received our full deposit back as well.

I agree with the last person. Turner is SUCH a good guy who bends over backwards to take care of his tennants. This is a great apartment, a great price and again, Turner has been a fantastic apartment manager. Not only does he get things done, works hard to take care of you, but he is just SUCH a nice genuine guy too. His boss should give hima raise. In the 15 years I’ve been renting apartments, no one has EVER come close to how good he is. Thanks brotherman! You deserve high marks!
