No longer in business. Stupid Unilocal won’t let me post a one liner. What else can one say?

Incredibly rude, the manager’s name is Asher I think. The guy lacks any form of etiquette in dealing with people. I don’t condone doing business with rude people. My opinion, STAYAWAYFROMTHEPOORSERVICE.

The previous reviews are pretty spot-on. You walk in, two very quite men ask you a few questions about ankle pain, and then they choose a pair of shoes for you. That notwithstanding, they recommended a really good pair of running shoes that rectifies a number of problems I’ve had in the past. The sales-approach is a real throwback– being so used to staring at a wall of shoes, it was nice to have the decision made for me. If you’re looking for running shoes and don’t mind sacrificing some control, it’s a pretty good place.

Best service, pleasure to work with. Easy experience and got my shoes as I needed. They fit you — they don’t just sell you the shoe. That is what makes them the best. Recommended!

Not very good customer service. They were pretty rude on the phone. I called to see if they carry a certain brand of shoe and how much they cost. I was told they have the shoes but didn’t quote prices over the phone. How are you supposed to get customers to come in. I don’t want to drive 25 miles one way to find out that the shoes are not within my budget. During times like these, businesses should be doing everything in their power to entice customers to buy from them. At this point I would rather pay more elsewhere than stand for that type of treatment. I would have given them zero stars had it been possible.

This store mainly sells running shoes and they have a nice selection. They are very accomodating and really want to help; however, the way they do it is quite rude. There are two men there and they never smile or talk much at all; very standoff-ish, unfriendly and with very low key personalities. They don’t measure your feet nor do they help you to put them on, checking to see if they fit. I went in for cross trainers for the gym and they sold me two pair of running shoes(I found out later they weren’t cross trainers). I specifically asked for cross trainers for the gym; I told them that I do not run. I kept one pair for every day use and some dance classes and I returned the others. No problem exchanging them for something else, which was nice. I left there with yet another pair of running shoes(found out later they weren’t cross trainers)!!! That was my last trip there.
