Thank you for responding to my review from December 2015. While I appreciate there is a drought in Southern California, your opinion about tap water, and explaining each pizza is made fresh to order, I expect a retail food establishment to give options to customers. When discussing my concerns about the wait time with the person at the counter, I was told it could take 20 minutes or more, depending on customers, which was a general answer and not knowing when I can expect my order to be completed. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said, «I am the owner», offered no rational as you have in your response, and appeared to be arrogant and not to care about customer service. Many establishments will tell the customer a wait time and how many customers are waiting, which will help manage customer expectations.
Would you consider offering tap water to customers which request it and if there are multiple customers waiting for orders, provide a specific number of customers waiting for orders, so customers can gauge their expected wait time?

Been a Costumer of Pizza Mizza for over 15 years, which is a family owned business, but didnt get the chance to go to the store front for a while until last week. I was delighted by the new renovations they have done recently which is a plus to their amazing quality of Dairy food and goodies (KOSHER). The owners, staff and the actual chef himself are always friendly and treat each costumer as if its their own family members, (At least thats how i feel.=)
Highly recommend them if you’r in the Encino area!

Delicious. If I say anything else I might get out of bed and go there again. Make sure to check in upon arrival for a free fountain drink. (The Jew in me told me to tell you that)

This is the best pizza place in LA!!! You can not go wrong here. The customer service is fantastic and the food is excellent. He portions are huge here. If you are ordering a slice for yourself, you probably will take half of it home. Believe me! The prices are very fair. Do not pass up this place up. You will be very satisfied and com back for more once you are here. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!!

5 stars because not only was their pizza awesome, but the staff was friendly too! I Showed up 50 mins before they closed and I was scared they were going to be mad but the guy at the register was super chill! The vegetarian pizza is yummy.

Looking for great pizza well look no further. From the moment you walk in and sit down you will find your self in some kind of haven. The food is great. Pizza Mizza is known for its «Big MaMa Slices,» yet dont label them «The Kosher Big MaMa Pizza.» These guys stand on there own. The atmosphere is very relaxing, warm and friendly. I recommend the Meat (less) Lovers Pizza. They even do catering.

I really do not know where to start with this place.
To start, I called the restaurant and ordered a cheese fries and calzone for pickup. When I got there, the lady behind the counter who I believe is named Mira charged me 9.95 for chili fries and when I said that I ordered cheese fries she replied by saying that they do not have cheese fries and proceeded to take the chili off the fries, but still charged me the chili cheese fries price. Then I notice that the price on the menu for a chili cheese fries is 8.95. I asked why she charged me an extra dollar (9.95) and she said that she did not know. Okay so now I go to pay for the Calzone and she asks how much I wanna tip. Yes a tip for a food pickup. Also when i asked where the price for the calzone was on the menu, she said that its not listed on the menu and would have to go online to see the price. Ya so basically she could have charged me any price for the calzone and I would not even know if it wad the rite price or not. With her overcharging me for the chili cheese fries, i am pretty confident she over charged me for that as well. In addition, she was very rude in general. Also the Calzone was horrible!!! Took one bite and threw it out. Never ever eat here!!! You have been warned!!!

I have been going to Pizza Mizza for years and will always continue to do so. After writing their business policy recently, I wanted to show my support here on Unilocal.They have Huge Slices, Great Prices, and Friendly Service! What more could you ask for?!?

This place is amazing!!! Love the food. So good! Service was great. We actually went to a place next door that was closed so we walked in here. We walked in and fell in love.
Lots of seating and food took 5 mins to come out. First time in here and it was by mistake. Next time I am setting my gps straight here.

Interesting … I think this place is in Santa Barbara but the one in Santa Barbara is amazing.
I really hope one day they open a location down here
