Unilocal hasn’t let me down! This place is so tranquil and you really feel welcomed. Betsy is awesome! She took her time and listened to what I wanted. My hair looks amazing and she told me I have a week to figure out if I want to do a little bit of adjustment to my haircut… I probably won’t need it, but that really helps because you never know… Plus, no gratuity! What?! That’s unheard of, but pretty awesome if you ask me. The owner’s reasoning behind this earns my respect!
Oh, and you get a choice of a scalp massage or hand massage — wow! I fell asleep!
Definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to get a massage!

I want to add an update and say I’m still a regular here at lemongrass. What a gem! I come in every few months for a haircut — no fuss, nothing crazy or unique, I have long hair and long layers and a little face framing. Mel makes my hair look out of this world! Everything is perfection. She’s super helpful with product recommendations and is truly an awesome person. I feel very fortunate to have been randomly scheduled to see her one day. And let’s not forget to mention her uncanny ability to make me lose my train of thought and slip into a deep relaxation with each scalp massage.
The salon is a wonderful little sanctuary and I always look forward to returning.
