We have had Doug Berry as our Realtor for about 1 ½ years. We couldn’t buy a home until we sold our home in Rancho Mirage. Despite this, Doug was always happy and patient with us as we got familar with the beach cities from Oceanside to Del Mar. Every time we came to stay in our timeshare at Oceanside he showed us condo’s and homes. We finally sold our home and Doug found us a lovely condo in Oceanside with a great view of the ocean and a wonderful walking score to just about everything. We made several offers on different homes that we were really pleased with him representing us and the honesty of revealing all facts to us. His integrity, energy and mannerism are wonderful to deal with.

Within just TWO DAYS, Doug sold our condo AND got us into our dream home in Encinitas.
Doug is very professional and has an extremely high attention to detail… he doesn’t let any detail (no matter how small) get missed. This was very reassuring as a young home buyer. Doug does a fantastic job providing his clients with all of the necessary information (both good and bad) to make the right decision, which also helps to build trust. We never felt as though we were asking stupid questions.
Doug is very well connected in the area which was helpful in both the selling and buying of our properties. He’s even been able to recommend architects, painters, etc. to us after closing, which has been very helpful since we are new to the area.
On top of this, Doug was always easy to get in touch with and very responsive, which of course is important but not always a given with realtors. We would recommend Doug to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Doug Berry is a really great realtor. He were a little nervous about listing our home, not knowing if we would find the right place to move to. Doug was patient with us, he was there when we needed him, he took all of our calls, texts, emails, etc… he also gave us our space when we were unsure. I am sure that Doug had more lucrative real estate transactions at the same time as ours, but he always made us feel as though we were the most important. That says a lot about a person.
