They get 8 stars as the owners is seemingly a blessed soul. My good friend was at the donuts shop with his adorable 3 year old daughter when it was realized they only took cash, not card. The owner of this pool company stepped right up and offered to pay for the donuts so this little girl could have her treat. So many others would of been annoyed at a crying kid as this world has become a bit hard of late, but this gentlemen showed great caring and compassion to this situation and that says a LOT about someone. Kudo’s to you for being the kind of person this world needs more of. I checked out the website, seen the beautiful work they do, and said, this deserves a good Unilocal review.

Just had Del Rancho Pool and Spa acid wash and service a large spa that I had almost destroyed with too much chlorine. My serviceman was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and did an excellent job in cleaning and restoring my spa, plus educating me. I plan on using them for routine service in the future. They were truly outstanding.

Del Rancho is a great store. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years. They give great advice, stock all the right stuff, have a killer service team. They stay on the cutting edge. Want your pebble tech repaired UNDER WATER? No problem. Need DE on Sunday morning? No problem. Everyone that works in the store is a pro. Good job guys!

This is your one-​stop pool and spa shop selling all the bells and whistles that you need to maintain your aqua encasements. They have a service department for maintenance as well as a sales department selling the actual pool and spa structures.
Good service and happy people work here.
