Horrible customer service. Rented a truck from their Budget Truck rental office and they charged me twice. Call the store spoke with the«manager» she told me I was wrong and that there was just a hold on the account and I was wrong. I tried explaining that there were actual charges on the card not a hold and she basically implied I was an idiot. Call customer service at Budget the confirmed she was wrong and not me and are crediting my account back. In 5 to 10 days. So they take my money and not admit a mistake, then keep my money for 5 to 10 days when the finally admit they were wrong. I would never use this service again.

This business has been sold. My review is about the previous place, before it turned into a PostalAnnex franchise. The woman who owned Coastal Postal was very smart and nice, and gave this business a go, but it didn’t seem to make it. I’ve only had one interaction with the new PostalAnnex in this location, and I’ll reserve my Unilocal review until I’ve given the owner a chance to get back to me. Yeah, the first customer interaction was, uh, less than stellar. Best of luck for the previous owners!

We’ve started using this place for truck rentals and frequent shipping of packages. They’ve always been great to us. We’ve also rented an Avis car here, when we had lots of visitors from out of town. Very close, convenient, and friendly.

I would give this Budget location a negative rating if possible. Let me explain. I used a 24′ truck to drive a TOTAL of 17 miles for a recent move. I was short on time to return the truck, so agreed to the $ 30 fee(plus fuel cost) to fill up the truck for me. How much fuel does it take to cover 17 miles you ask? They told me 10GALLONS! So basically $ 40 of fuel that they ripped me off on. Don’t let them fill up the truck for you, it basically gives them a license to RIPYOUOFF for as much as they want. When I call to ask about this issue, the salesperson Chelsea couldn’t have been ruder to deal with, telling me I had no right to question the number since I agreed to have them fill it up, and that her boss David would tell me the same thing. Bottom line, STAYAWAY, this location is AWFUL and Chelsea and David seem to display a very poor sense of ethics and customer service.
