Cappuccino in The Park

We hired Karen’s, «Cappuccino on the Park» for a real estate open house that had just come on the market. We wanted to make a splash for the owner and for the neighbors. The neighbors were impressed as were we with the professional presentation and customer engagement. Plus, it made our lives so easy! Karen is an ace at preparing coffee it was spectacular, and pastries were fresh and delicious. Over all I would call it a Raving Hit. I would highly recommend Karen and «Cappuccino on the Park» for an open house, caravan or any event that you want to impress your friends or guests with. Her prices are very affordable. We plan to use her often in the future.

Simply put, I was blown away with Karen & Cappuccino in the Park! She is the absolute sweetest lady & totally saved the day at our event. I was able to get in touch with her right away, set up a plan for that very same weekend & she showed up right on time with a host of yummy snacks & delicious coffee!!! The entire experience was so much more than we could have hoped for considering how last-​minute our planning was, but Karen was so understanding, professional & accommodating that I feel extremely grateful I found her Unilocal page!!!
As for that one nasty review, sounds to me like someone took Karen’s accommodating nature for granted, which was heartbreaking to see when I met her because I can’t imagine anyone having that experience with her. Interestingly enough, it actually DID start raining at our event out of nowhere & Karen, quite literally, rode the storm out with tents blowing in the wind & all!!! I honestly can’t recommend Karen enough, & not just for the heart she clearly puts into her business, but also for the incredible double-​shot mocha soy latte that made my morning!!!

I met Karen over eight years ago when we worked on Dog Days of Summer in Cardiff by the Sea. I was drawn to Karen because of her pleasant attitude and she always has great ideas and is very professional when dealing with the public.
It has been a true pleasure watching her business grow from
the beach to what it is today. Not only does she operate on the weekends at Seaside
Bazaar in Luecadia, but, I have attended several events that she has catered from
holiday bazaars, birthday parties, real estate open houses, school functions,
business events and everything in between!
Her food is fresh and she is very accommodating with her drink options.
I look forward to planning my next event with Karen because I know it will
be one less thing for me to worry about!

Looking to have coffee, smoothies, healthy snacks at your next event? I highly recommend Karen and her Cappuccino in the Park coffee truck. It was a perfect addition to Opening Day for Encinitas Little League earlier this month. She was extremely accommodating by meeting me at the site prior to the event to discuss where we would place her truck during the event. Karen was very flexible when I called her three days prior to the event to cancel and reschedule for the following Saturday due to opening day being postponed because of a big rain storm we were anticipating that weekend. I look forward to having her back out to the baseball fields in the next few Saturdays to offer a special treat to our baseball families.

Looking for a recommended catering service? One of my old sorority sisters was having a bridal shower in Rancho Santa Fe. My previous bridal showers I attended, were pale in comparison to this memorable occassion. Cappaccino in the Park (
…) was a FANTASTIC choice by her mother because rather than having the usual fortay of greasy or other heavy foods, it was perfect to have fresh baked pastries, select teas, hot chocolate, and specialty «foo-​foo» coffee.
Never a big fan of coffee, I had a cup of cappaccino (soy obviously) for the first time and I LOVED IT! I would have to say Ramona Carrera was a joy to have as she ensured to keep her staff low-​key and her display perfectly complimented our «Tiffany» theme.
The mouthwatering blueberry muffins were to die for, they were so moist that you would have thought they were just removed from the oven. However, the rasberry tart cups were by far the favorite choice as they were the first to run out within the first 30 minutes. Providing superior customer service and recognizing the need to satisfy her customers, Ramona called in for more rasberry tarts… now that is service!
I asked my friend’s mother about the total cost for this fabolous catering service, which was a bit pricey but definitely worth it for a group of 20-​something.
I definitely recommend Cappucino at the Park for all special occasions, trust me you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ramona for helping to make our event VERY memorable!!!
