Sarah was a fantastic masseuse, very helpful and friendly. She helped me work through some very painful knots that I had had. Highly recommended!

I had an hour session with Kate and she was amazing. I have chronic back pain from sleeping wrong and she took care of me! Very sweet and made me feel comfortable. She was careful with my knots and always made sure the pressure was deep but delicate. I will be returning soon.

Courtney and her team are amazing! One of the best massage and facials o have ever had. She makes you feel very comfortable and is responsive to your needs and wants. I can’t wait to go back soon!!!

I get massages from Courtney regularly, and I think she’s fabulous. The room is clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Courtney always checks in with me to see where I might have issues and how much pressure I want her to apply. She’s sensitive to whether I feel like talking or just relaxing quietly. She also has waxed my brows and does that well, too. I’m very pleased to have found her.

Used my Living Social coupon for one of the greatest facials I have ever had. They call it a facial but I felt my whole body experienced this relaxation and rejuvenation. Courtney has a great touch and is very good at her profession. While my face was tingling with the scrubs and the creams she skillfully massaged my shoulders and neck and then went on to do a wonderful foot massage. I really hated to have it end.

This is my 2^nd time. I went when they first opened and now. Both times with a Living Social deal (since that’s how I book most of my massages). This time was 75 minutes of relaxation and bliss. The aromatherapy, hot stones and foot treatment are worth going back for! I specified my shoulders as the trouble spot and felt the emphasis places on both. The location is easy to access with parking. It is clean and as cute as it needs to be.

I bought a living social 75 minute massage with foot treatment, aromatherapy and hot stone add ons. Kaya did my massage. The massage was okay; the pressure was perfect but I felt like she didn’t really address the knots on my back/​shoulders. She would just go around knots instead of massaging them away and that’s why she loses a star. I didn’t even notice the aromatherapy. I was starting to contemplate my review in my head and then the massage started to get way better. The hot stones were great and the foot treatment was amazing! I also loved that she put a warm neck pillow on me when I was face up and she has the eye mask for your face. I felt so incredibly relaxed at the end of my massage that I no longer cared that she hadn’t addressed my knots.

Courtney is amazing. I’ve had facials a lot of places and hers are by far the most relaxing and advantageous to my skin. I had her do my eyelashes just before I went on vacation a few weeks ago and they came out gorgeous and still look great. I highly recommend her. She is also very responsive when you call and a super-​nice person on top of it all.

My friend and I got massages at Breathe last weekend and we were super impressed. Courtney worked on me and was awesome. I asked for her to focus on my neck, upper back and other stress areas… She was right on! She also educated me on where I «hold» stress and ways I can improve my health moving forward. Small simple tasks but a great reminder…
Courtney also gave me excellent skin care advice. Being new to the SD area, my skin reacted to the dry desert air and new climate in an unfavorable manner. She gave me advice and samples to help clear and moisturize my skin. UNBELIEVABLE… the Dermalogica samples she gave me worked in hours. It was like magic. Thank you, Courtney!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Breathe and specifically with Courtney. Very neat and cute place. Highly recommend.

This place is cute and Courtney was a great masseuse. She used just the right amount of pressure and also used a neck warmer. I was very pleased overall with my massage and look forward to the next one.
The only thing that prevents me from giving this place 5 stars is that I would hear the wood floor creaking as people walked by outside and towards the end someone had a loud child in the lobby. That’s not Courtney’s fault by any means but I would have thought another staff member would have let the father know that there are massages in progress and moved him into another room or out of the immediate area.

Kaya is really nice and friendly. She has a very down to earth vibe and will make you feel comfortable. The music in the room is perfect and you’ll come out feeling like jello. The place is pretty easy to find, right off PCH and there’s usually plenty of street parking. Pretty cool little place!

I had an amazing hour massage and foot treatment with Kaya. She was very friendly and the massage was wonderful. She relaxed me from head to toe and I left feeling rejuvenated and my skin felt incredibly soft. Would definitely recommend Kaya.

got a deal from Travel Zoo for a facial and it was the best facial I ever had! Courtney was excellent and has amazing hands! I would definately save up and go back to her, it was worth it and much more!

A girlfriend of mine had a couples massage booked here however her hubby back out last minute… his loss, my gain :)
Located in Encinitas, blocks away from the ocean is this massage haven. Located on the second level of the 960 building, stairs are on the side, fyi. Walk inside to a beach cottage themed with a homey feel office. Two rooms with a massage table are located to the right.
Courtney (who did my massage) and the other therapist were friendly and professional from the get go. We filled out a short questionnaire and back we went to our own rooms.
The bed was soft and cushy with yummy smelling sheets. A plus! Courtney asked what I wanted, deep tissue on my back, and got to work. Pressure was great, knots were worked out, and the oil used was yummy smelling. Her hands never left my back even as she was moving around the room. We finished with an exfoliating scrub on my legs/​feet (part of the certificate deal my friend had… it smelled so good and was Dermacologica so I purchased a bottle myself)! My friend and I both left in a happy daze, as the massage put us in a state of utter relaxation.
Just remember happy couples… you can get massaged at the same time however not in the same room.

First off let me say I get a lot of massages and have been all over San Diego– from La Costa Spa ($ 165) to Massage Envy and I have to say that this was one of the best massages I have every had! Way BETTER than La Costa! Courtney is VERY professional and just plain wonderful! The price is EXTREMELY reasonable and she returns phone calls very quickly. I will definitely keep going here!

I experienced my first «Men’s Facial Treatment» and was impressed at the high level of service. It was amazing. As owner of the Greenasium, its important to look my best and Courtney really took care of me. I had the eyebrows trimmed up, face exfoliated and beard/​mustache prepped for the closest shave of my life. Guys, get in and see her before a big night out and you will definitely see and feel a difference. And ladies, the Men’s Facial Treatment is a great gift for your guy.

Located a just block from the beach in Encintas, Breathe Health & Wellness was a retreat without leaving my home town!
What to ask for — The 60 minute facial was awesome and the product they used was really nice. Coco is also a massage therapist so I would imagine the massage would be nice too. I also got a brow wax and that was quick and painless — like pulling off a bandaid ;) It was overall a relaxing experience with the décor, music, soft linens and dim lighting And on a plus I didnt break out!!!
What to wear — Comfortable clothes but know that you will need to put on a little gown on top so you dont ruin your clothes… you can dress down to your undies if you want to get really comfortable!
When to go — Make an appointment but she was very flexible when I scheduled my appointment.
Other comments — After your appointment head down to Coast Highway and grab something to eat! There is a great place one block south east of the spa that had great apps.
