Waited 25 minutes for large fries. Are you kidding bro

So I just called again tonight. Held for 17 mins and then some girl picks up who sounds like she’s chewing gum with an attitude. I can’t with this location. Off to lake shore i go !!

Their chicken is really aweful. I had a stomache for 3days plus dyeria… I will not eat at wing stop again… Their employee are very disrespectful… A whole lot of cursing going on… Bad experience for me…

Extremely SLOW service. The place is understaffed and I ordered online and over the phone to pick up 20 minutes later. The food was not ready until 50 minutes! I can’t imagine how long you would have to wait if you ordered on the spot.

The assistant manager is terrible rude mean and ignorant. I highly suggest the company fires him. They mess up my order every time he never apologizes. Yesterday né told me what did I want him to do about waiting a hour of my lunch trying to get my order corrected that they got wrong twice.

I just love Wingstop. However, this Wingstop in particular is different, in a bad way. First off, the wings are half the size of other regular wingstops. I did say«half the size of regular wingstops». Imagine paying full price for wings only to get half of what you paid for. This wasn’t just a one time ordeal, I’ve gone here several times and the wings are always super small. I made a hypothesis that it was only this particular Wingstop that was serving half-sized wings. So when I was in Los Angeles, CA; Columbus, Ohio; Houston, TX… I ate at the wingstops in these cities and the wings were regular sized. Second, if you order more than 40 wings, this Wingstop will make you come in and pay first then they’ll cook the wings(which takes another 15−20min). This defeats the purpose of ordering takeout in the first place! I don’t know if it’s the policy for wingstops all across the nation or just this particular franchise, but that’s obnoxious. It may be the patron’s fault for not following through with their orders around this area, but that’s sad to have to create that kind of policy.

The worst. They r super slow. Never again. Waited an hour 4 my food and I called my order in ahead of time. The manager on duty was just as dumb and slow as the employees. She was acting like she couldn’t speak or understand English

This WingStop chicken is always good quality white meat. I have had the tenders, boneless wings and wings with bones. I think my favourite is the boneless wings in barbecue sauce. The teriyaki sauce is also good. The drinks machine has the great variety of American sodas but also non-fizzy drinks like orange Vitaminwater which is nice so you are not forced to have the same old gassy Coca-Cola. I wish the wings did not come so heavily dripping in sauce because this makes eating them very messy. I would prefer to be able to dip them in sauces on the side. Also, there are no serviettes, just a roll of paper that is more akin to sandpaper than kitchen roll. The service is slow compared to other fast food places, but not SLOW by proper restaurant standards. I think this is because the food is made after you order and not pre-made. This ensures fresher food and less health risks because food is not left to dry out or grow more bacteria. I have never had a problem with the staff here. The restaurant itself shows pictures of aircraft which is a cool theme but the furniture could be more vibrant and colourful. The carpet seemed old and I think a hard surface floor would be easier to clean.

Smaller than most Wingstop locations or maybe my visual perception deceived me. Although this location is in Emeryville, its location is in a weird intersection. Both times I’ve been here, they’ve both been odd situations! One time there was a crazy person trying to come into the store; he was banging on the windows and yelling obscene things. Management locked the door and customers weren’t allowed to leave until the police had come to calm the person down… Weird. It’s just not located in a good area. The parking lot is behind the storefronts, so everyone has to park at the back and then walk all the way to the front. I’d recommend avoiding coming in the evening unless you have someone else with you. Otherwise, Wingstop has awesome wings! Not much of a fan of their fries but my husband and I have tried ALL the different flavors and our favorites are: original hot, Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and Hawaiian. It depends on what we’re feeling!

Customer service was dry … People are bored and unhappy. Chicken is so tiny and dry. Find another wing stop this one is dark gloomy and awful. Yep… Not much else to say. Lame food!

I will never go to Wing Stop again. The customer service was horrible. They use too much salt. I asked the cashier to redo my order and was, it took forever for the cook or manager to agree. When it was agreed, they fixed a new order of fries and cajuon wings the cook told me I returned 6 wings after I ordered 15 so she redid 6 wings oppose to a new order. The cook told me we had eaten the wings. The only wings eaten were the once we said were too salty. She proceeded to argue with me. Just because I and the other person ate one wing and it was too salty. What kind of foolishness is that? I am a manager, of a SAAS company. I would have fired someone on the sport for telling the client he was all together wrong.

I should give 2 stars but as bad as the customer service is I give them one. Can here about 4 times. I order on the phone & the customer service on over the phone is just plain RUDE! Don’t they train their employees to be courteous! It’s like the person on the phone hates their job! Called in the night before & asked to exchange the ranch sauce to cheese sauce since we never use ranch & they said they can do it & the next day they can’t?! So which is it? I love wingstop but I wish this location had better employees! Maybe i should go to a different one but this one is closest to home.

Standard wingstop affair, but for this location? They really need to have a pick up only line and a order in line.

Ok every time I go to this one the cook never gets my order right, my receipt always say the right order, I ask for extra seasoning on my fries and they give me none, also the fries are never crunchy, they are always soggy idk why they let go of the old cook but this wing stop needs a new one and the owner needs to check up on this one

This Wingstop location definitely deserves more than the 3 stars it currently has, I feel that their workers are more helpful and courteous than the employees at the Oakland Hegenberger location that I usually visit. The cashier that helped my family and I was patient with me while I let my children decide on flavors, he even let them try samples of the sauces before ordering; despite the customers lining up behind me. My only complaint about this place is the size of the lobby, they have a very small space with limited seating, but if you are taking your food to go; that really doesn’t matter. I will definitely be back in the near future :)

Pretty good, decent service… but expensive. Came in the other day to get boneless wings. The wings were way too greasy, but they were edible. The fries were tasty, with just the right amount of seasoning, and the cool coke machine with all the flavors was a nice touch! If I’m craving chicken, I’ll be back.

I went to this restaurant for the first time the other day and after waiting at least 30 minutes I finally got my $ 12 chicken and fries. The fries had no seasoning and I was served old over cooked chicken that was hard to chew and had been sitting in grease so long it leaked through the bag and onto the seat in my car. I have had some amazing chicken at other WingStop locations but I will never come back here again.

Thoroughly disappointed with this establishment. Days in advance, I had placed a large order that all 40 of my super bowl party guests were looking forward to. We usually donated the leftovers to a local homeless shelter. Sadly, this year we must all celebrate the super bowl wing-less. The immature, incompetent, and downright offensive employees and management at this Wing Stop had assured us that they couldn’t have cared for our super bowl wellbeing. An hour before kickoff, when we went to pick up our order the cashier laughed a heinous laugh. He informed us our wings have not been made yet. He then slammed his fists on the counter and yelled«No!» over and over again, like the man-child he was.

Never again. Ordered 8 boneless wings online(garlic parm and the rub) online. Confirmation email gave me a time for pick up that was for 20 minutes after I ordered. Great, sounds reasonable. I get there about 5 minutes before the prescribed time. They tell me they’re still working on my order and that it will be out shortly. No Problem, I know online ordering can be hard and I always factor in +/-10 minutes from the confirmation time. A half hour later, I finally get my wings(~ 50 minutes from when I ordered)… I walk out with my order. I’m a little upset, but hey such is life. If the wings were good, I would have just been a 1 start knock off, no biggie. Well, I eat the wings(around 11pm — late night at work) They’re «Meh» Ok, I can see them being popular on a Sunday night watching a football game with beer, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to get them; at this point the place is 2.5÷3 stars — averageish. I go to sleep about an hour later and jolt awake at 4am. My stomach tells me that it’s time to throw up. I run to the bathroom and proceed to throw up for 10 minutes. The wings come right back out, all that flavor, right back from whence it came. Within 5 minutes I feel immediately better. I brush my teeth and go right back to sleep. The next day I feel fine(luckily). That will be my one and only visit to wingstop, and I’m not sure I can have wings for quite some time going forward.
