Off the Grid

What this market needs is live performance… i can not do it all by myself and have the crew of Off the Grid help me out =) The second Emeryville market is worth coming to. I like how the Public Market is promoting them. This is the place to come to every week.

OTG: Emeryville PM is OTG’s 2^nd location in Emeryville. early arrivals (aka me) had no problem finding parking. low turnout in the morning.
wouldn’t want to be here late and find parking problematic.
locale: emeryville public market @parking lot across from guitar center
time: saturdays, 11 a.m. –3p.m.
trucks:
–cheese gone wild (prices has too)
–little green cyclo (the early fav with a line
–little red riding truck (german eats)
–lobsta truck (new england potato chip best item here)
–mayo & mustard (prices lowered for sammies)
–meathead truck (look for them across from coliseum bart
when A’s are playing.)
–seoulfood Korean Fried Chicken (from Hiyaah) just chicken
–the crème brule cart (no more $ 3 treats)
–the Rib whip
take outs:
–had the Korean WIngs (10)
–pricing seems on the rise.
–no shaded areas here, no tables, just empty chairs grouped in 3’s.
–880 freeway jammed in the mornings
4 stars for a diversity of eats.
