I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed, but this location has all of us black people segregated to the side. All the white people and Asians have window views and get checked on more than us. I wasn’t trying to make this a race issue and I thought it was all in my head until I heard other saying the exact same thing that never left my mind. I’m actually part Asian, but since I came in with a black guy I’m guessing it didn’t matter. Lol. I’m just curious if anyone has experienced this here at all. Food was alright though. I got the stuffed French toast added bananas. Had two cups of hot chocolate and my tag along had some cut up steak and eggs I think with coffee. It was gone before I could finish this review lol.

So disappointed. Not going to this IHOP again. We sat down, no tableware… ok. Ten minutes later, and we have to wave someone down to get some drinks going and request tableware. We finally order… We’ve been waiting for our food for half an hour and the party of seven that just came in had their food eight minutes after and we’re still waiting. We got up and walked out. Very disappointed. Not coming back to this location ever again.

Breakfast for dinner, with the new addition to the menu, red velvet crepes. Location wise… You have to park in the back, and walk around the building to the front. Although they have a fully functional back entry.(?) walked in and the place was freezing cold!!! Unbearably cold. Had to grab my sweater from the car, and ask the staff to turn up the heat. Ordered– Chicken omelette, chicken fried steak, chocolate smiley pancakes, chocolate velvet pancakes, and their«new» velvet crêpe.(which is why we went there in the first place) Each item came out slowly… One at a time. No joke! While my BF was eating his dinner, mine was still being cooked, it took 5 more minutes for my entrée to be delivered, and took an additional 10 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive… My daughter didn’t get her chocolate pancake until the very end, and the sweet waitress(who was clearly embarrassed) apologized and said they had a new cook, but… For the inconvenience he made an extra crêpe and an extra large smile on the pancake. Food wise– chicken omelette was terribly dry! Chicken and egg both! Nothing good about that entrée. Chicken fried steak was good, although a bit dried out. Put extra gravy on it, and it was edible. Ordered sunny side up eggs– they were overcooked, barely runny. Velvet pancakes– very dense and anticlimactic. Such a disappointment. The crêpe was exactly the same, but thinner. Not crêpe consistency. Tasted just like the pancake, minus the syrup. Chocolate pancake– my daughter liked it. Always does. Not the best location– we opted to sit at the back of the restaurant for a better view– skateboarders instead of busy street. Wouldn’t go back. Nice waitress– left a good tip because we felt sorry for her for having to work at such a place.

Needed a quick snack as we will be eating early dinner. What can you order that is quick and not filling? Mostly breakfast items like eggs and meat, waffle, pancake. A few lunch items and dessert items. Free parking in back. TV to watch game. Service a little slow, but server was friendly.

We got there about 830am on a Sunday. A couple people in line, not too crowded. So there’s a woman taking a phone order and another couple waiting to pay bill. Once the woman on the phone ends the call– absolutely no acknowledgement to the people waiting for a table. Nothing said to anyone. Kinda like we didn’t matter. So we went across the street to the Oaks Room for a delicious breakfast. So if you’re ever saying and waiting at this IHOP– head on over to the Oaks Room instead or rather, skip the IHOP all together.

Why such poor reviews everyone? What do you expect? Texas de Brazil? It’s an IHOP with decent kind people just trying to make a living waiting tables and cooking meals. I ordered the special in April 2016, the red velvet crepes with the ultimate breakfast combo. The crepes were so sweet and yummy that it should be illegal. Mercedes was my server. Her personality was kindling fire. Warm and welcoming. Very attentive and quick service. Clarence as hostess was on it, and quick thinking. She was even kind enough to let me charge my laptop in the back before the battery died. I needed to come to IHOP on lunchtime to get some work done and she said that it would be just fine =) All in all, IHOP gets 5 stars because everything was awesome from beginning to end. Maybe other people come at the rush hour and of course quality will go down. But all in all, this place is clean, good food, and in my humble opinion, the employees(which are the most important part) are fun, cool everyday people like you and me.

Waitress did not offer very good service. She only checked on us once after bringing us our meal toward the end of our sitting. No refills. No follow up. Very disappointed. Never coming back

Came here with my best friend. Service was okay, the latino guy was very sweet. I ordered 2 sausages, eggs and pancakes. I asked for bananas on top of my pancakes but instead, they put it inside my pancakes which wasn’t too bad. I love the syrup. The eggs on the other hand, i asked for sunny side up, but I felt like they were undercooked because the white wasn’t all white and there was plenty of clear yolk on top. which made me feel concerned. The sausage was super small, which is kind of like WHYDIDYOURIP me off status, ahha. Plenty of parking, love it! Never knew this place existed. I felt safe here rather than the one in ec.

We were sat at an un bussed table, and had to ask someone to clear and wipe it down for us. Two coffees were ordered. One mug was brought which had lipstick on it. We waited 15 minutes for new mugs to be brought over. Our order was taken and it took 40 minutes for our food to come out. My California Scramble looked unappetizing and sloppily put together for taking 40 minutes. The whole experience was horrible.

Very nice for typical American brunch. Pancakes are just horrible but when you put maple syrup it’s just bad. Omelet looks healthy but when you pay attention to the calories you’ll take at least 1,000 at once! Well avoid this place please. My friend who came from France wanted to go here so we went Service is nice though, price is cheeeeap

I honestly believe the kindest and respectful as well as hard working woman I have ever been served by is in here ! Her name is karila she was patient and calm and it really made this place for me today. I hop will always be ihop so you know what to expect. But karila made it so much more by just being fluid and available.

Me & my bf came to eat today. The waiter forgot our utensils. So we had to ask the bus girl for them. Next we found out later that the soda fountain was down Cus the couple next to us wanted Sprite but it wasn’t available we asked the waiter if our tropical island twist came with Sprite she said no when clearly it did. Lastly, they served me a burnt waffle so I had to ask for them to send it back. Even the cooks mentioned how badly it was burnt. My bf then talked to the manager which settled everything. Without his help we would’ve rated it less.

They don’t serve pancakes. They serve BROKENPIECESOFPLATE in your food. The service here is terrible. We were seated quickly, as the restaurant was not full. That pretty much was the end of the good service. We ordered our meal, waited for our coffee, and then waited 30 minutes to get our meals. When the food finally arrived, one of the plates was horribly broken, and there were pieces of broken plate in my food. At first, I wondered if IHOP had become a Michelin-rated restaurant and gotten all fancy with some type of crumble or foam on my food. No, it was pieces of the chipped off plate. I don’t ever send food back. I’m the type of person who will just eat it and curse quietly to myself. I sent this back, and received a «new» plate of food shortly thereafter. You know why it was so fast? Because they just shoved my food on a new plate and scraped off the broken plate pieces. You know how I know? Because I took a mental picture of the food, as I didn’t trust them to do anything, being that the initial plate fiasco must have flown by multiple levels of quality inspection before it arrived at my table. I sent the food back and the server gave a half-assed sorry. Then I informed someone who appeared to be a manager, who gave me another half-assed sorry. They didn’t even bother to try to comp me a cheap coffee for the fiasco. Frankly, they’re lucky I didn’t eat the plate bits, as I could have ended up in the ER at worst, or at the dentist at best. Basically, no one here gives a sh! t about quality control. Don’t go here.

Not the greatest IHOP I’ve been to. My friends and I came here on a Thursday night craving some all you can eat pancakes. Seeing that the whole restaurant was nearly empty and not busy, we thought we would be getting our food pretty fast. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The servers were nice and friendly but they took awhile to get our orders. It took about 20 – 25 minutes to get our food on a non-busy day which is really disappointing. Although the food was great and delicious, the slow service really killed our appetite and we only ate about 1 – 2 plates of pancakes each. The slow service is really frustrating and a mood killer. Plus, this location isn’t the biggest which could be a problem if it gets really busy. If you’re really dying for some IHOP in this area, give this place a shot. Otherwise, pass on this location for something better.
