Pebble Spa

I just left the Pebble Spa and had the 30 minute scalp massage, it is hands down the best spa experience I have ever had! The place is beautiful and Lauren was wonderful. I cannot wait to return to Ely and spend and entire day here :)

I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage and 60 minute blueberry pie foot treatment with Bailey yesterday. She was FANTASTIC! 7 stars. I had just spent a week in the boundary waters so my shoulders were destroyed and I had a gnarly sunburn. My back usually bugs me for about a week after coming out of the boundary waters but after my massage I’m pretty much back to normal. She even made a little Shea butter concoction for my sun burn.
The four stars is because I was a little disappointed that the foot treatment didn’t include a pedicure. I know there’s a note in the pamphlet about ‘tools and polish are available for personal use’ but it wasn’t clear that that meant the person doing my pedicure wouldn’t be using the tools or polish. I would have used the tools and polish but it would have felt a little strange to plop down right there in the middle of a spa and trim my cuticles. It would have been nice if someone would have clarified what exactly is included in the foot treatment when I made the reservation.
Overall I was more than pleased with my experience, the interior was beautiful and warm and inviting, the staff was attentive and looked like they enjoyed being there, and the prices were on point (except the non-​pedicure). I’ll definitely be back!

I had a 60 minute stone massage here once and it was awesome. I felt amazing afterwards. This was my first experience like this, I recommend it and will be returning!

Awesome atmosphere of relaxation. Great massages and other spa services (like soaking tub and sauna). The newly expanded store caters mostly to the female set but also includes little gifts, delightful treats and some kids stuff as well.
They moved in the summer of 2010 and are now located next to the grocery store; ZUPs.

My husband and I came to the spa as a treat to celebrate our first anniversary (Virginia location). Neither of us have spent much time in a spa and had never had a massage. I’m exceptionally ticklish and was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to relax and enjoy the massage. Let me assure you, it wasn’t a problem whatsoever! We took advantage of the October special for the Double Treatment which was a salt scrub and foot soak, an hour long massage and a half hour sauna with tea and truffles. My husband, more power to him, rocked that spa scene. Both of us really enjoyed our massages. The sauna, I could probably skip, not really my thing but it would have been nice if you liked that!
All in all, it was a great introduction to what a spa like theirs has to offer. I don’t know how often I’ll be in the Virginia area but I’d go back again if I had occasion to.
