If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!! My husband dropped off two of our laptops two week ago for «diagnosis only» to a man named «ROB», my I guess is this is short for robbery!!!
The first laptop came back as not workable and we received a call from «Rob» saying that to extract info would be over $ 100! At which point we declined. The second laptop needed a password to be accessed which we didn’t know, we provided a list of possible password and we were told by «Rob» that he’d call us back. Fast forward a week later and we receive a call saying we have a balance of $ 180 for work which we did not approve of! What kind of scam is this. He specifically told my husband he’d never do work without giving you a quote first!!! Now we have a bill for a laptop that is not worth the work???
Thieves! Do not go here!!!

Not a lot of places like this in the Elmwood Park/​Fairlawn area with decent pricing. viruses gone… computer running faster.
