I’ve been a customer at this Dunkin Donuts since it first opened. Recently the service has taken a nose dive. I order my usual hazelnut coffee three times with the same cashier and for some reason it’s always wrong, with this ONE cashier. Always wrong. When I know people that work there who know what I order all the time.
Last Monday I ordered an ice coffee and had to give it back three times and by the fourth time I just threw it out.
I’m not sure what’s up but I’m never going back. And that includes 4 other people I know who frequent this Dunkin Donuts. The one on Main Street is the best hands down. My orders are never messed up and if they are its corrected with no attitudes.

The level of incompetence here is ridiculous. In addition, the staff is unpleasant and obviously could care less about customers. At least half the time my order is wrong. Employees get in arguments in front of everyone, screaming at each other. Avoid if you can go elsewhere.

Located right on 9a, this location is definitely very busy. The traffic is difficult to navigate but it’s usually a decent place to stop before getting on 287. Everything is what you would expect from a Dunkin donuts — nothing more and nothing less. The breakfast sandwiches are precook end and then reheated. Munchkins are they way to go and kids love them too. Avoid going later on Sunday as their stock tends to be very low– I went there one time and they had no donuts.

Pretty much your standard dunkin! They have fast service and I have no complaints about the food/​coffee. The parking lot can be a pain in the butt because it’s on a hill but I never have a problem finding a spot. Although it gets busy in the morning I’m always in and out with my hot coffee.
