I went to PC Richard Elmont and find Herbs to be very accomodating, friendly and pleasant. He asked me how he can helped me and told him about the TV that I want. He guided me and I asked him a lot of things/questions and he patiently answered all the things that I need to know. Herb is good and knows his stuff, a good customer service guy. I feel comfortable talking to him as a customer. Surely I will be back and will buy my electronic toys in this branch… A BIGTHANKYOUHERB! I can give him 5***** in customer sevice.

Had a great experience at this location thanks to the help of great customer service assistance from Sharon Williams. She assisted my husband and I with getting new appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. She was welcoming, helpful and patient in helping us make great selections and it did help that she kept a smile on the whole time. Will definitely keep going to this store. First time we shopped here in years and guarantee we will NEVER shop here again. Spent appx. $ 1,000.00 on an appliance and weeks later, they still haven’t delivered it in spite of two promised delivery dates. They didn’t even have any samples on the floor so we could’ve just looked online for what was offered. With both social media these days and the competition from Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s and other stores, this company should go out of their way to keep their customers happy and pray they return. The way they conduct business, lie about delivery dates and take so long to deliver a damn appliance, this business will be going the way of Sports Authority and other stores no longer around. TREATYOURCUSTOMERSWITHRESPECTANDDON’T LIE. You will all be without a job soon.

This is the worst service ever, they send out 3 different guys to service my washing machine, I finally contacted samsung and they send me a tech and fixed it the same day, I will never use there service, not only there techs were unable to fix the machine but they even damaged my floor.

Absolutely love this location! I frequent here so much that I own a P.C. Richards card. The sales associates are always more than happy to assist and answer any questions you may have. This is always my first stop for electronics or video games since GameStop is always a madhouse during popular release dates. Plus, returns have always been seamless. They’ve done their job and more and for that, they’ve made a loyal customer out of me.

I needed an automatic starter. I originally made my appointment for installation at a different location, with the snow storm I had to reschedule but the next appointment wasn’t for a month and half away. That’s when I started looking for new locations and I found this one and spoke with Felix(I think that was his name) he was very nice and professional over the phone. He was able to schedule me for appointment that fit for me a few weeks away. He called me during the week to let me know he had earlier opening to fit me in but unfortunately it didn’t work for my schedule. Finally the day of my appointment I meet him he had such professionalism and explained to me about the whole process and made me feel comfortable, He told me it would take 3 hours. I had to wait at the store being 8 months pregnant he made sure I was taking well care of. And installed it way less then 3 hours. I was in and out. And I love my starter. He knows his stuff and I would def go back to him to get any other installation I might need in the near future.
