At first I was thrilled to find a salon in the area with awesome service. I’m not 100% against the place. The pro– They give a good mani, they give a good massage. Decent color selection for get. The con is I’ve yet to have a gel mani last over a week. Yes I do dishes and type all day at work but before moving to the area, my old salon managed to give me a gel mani that wouldn’t chip even three weeks later. I’d only have to get it redone due to my nails growing out. The pedis are good. Employees are super nice. I haven’t gotten anything but gel on several years and I’m not about to have chipped nails after only 4 days. Also, my nails are breaking. When you first get a gel mani your nails are super strong and shouldn’t be breaking. This was with THREE coats. Sorry guys but I’m a dissatisfied customer who’s looking for a new salon.

I like the hours of this nail salon. Sunday is my favorite day to go. It gets busy and they tend to rush when it does. I don’t like that. The men do better pedicures than the women. They are always friendly and he prices are reasonable. The bathroom is clean. The only annoying thing is that they are always trying to get you to buy the add-ons.

They do a good job but could be better I always feel like my pedicures are rushed through I don’t get a proper massage and I feel like if I’m paying $ 13 it should be the full package of a pedicure. Otherwise this place is pretty good never too packed I guess it cause they always rushing

This nail salon is OK, they would do and ok job don’t look for anything special, I was turned off by this place many times but convenience is Ah bitch! When it’s really busy they don’t do the best job of cleaning after each customer. And I don’t know what’s the obsession with picking their nose but UGH, I’ve seen a few of them picking their nose and going right to a customer«eyebrows». Their hand washing skills aren’t up to par. And please don’t ask for a French manicure the line starts on your nail to your ankle, no sense of direction;-(

They do a decent job. Though at times they get a little lazy with executing designs. My thoughts? I believe they’re set for the older more mature crowd. Perfect for French manicures. But if you’re looking for a bit more zest, look elsewhere.

Besides the manager, there’s only two other staff are competent. There’s one in particular, sits at table ten, is the absolute worst personality wise and skill wise, in my opinion. I only came here because it was convenient for me, but I’m willing to anywhere as long as I get great service. They really pissed me off!

Worst manicure experience ever in life. Never again. Unprofessional Mfers! No manners, don’t ask you how are you? Nothing. Not very business driven. Clearly here just to collect $ 7.00. As soon as I walked in(I called prior to inform the owner I would be there 30 min to closing) another technician who didn’t even service me rolled her eyes and said some slick shit in Vietnamese to the other staff members that were gossiping not working. 10 technicians…3 customers? Cold Day…= NOMONEY. I needed a simple manicure. I’m low maintenance because I bring my own paint! FYI I go hard in da paint like Wacka! A young man serviced me. He was ok but speedy. Didn’t even cut my cuticles completely. When it was dry time I asked for enamel spray he offered me a business card. I said No thanks! I dried for 30 minutes while the cackling snobs all left to go home 5 min before close. 10 employees…3 customers! They need to be fired. Lazy as ever. Fellow Female Unilocalers: Why?! Were your reviews so misleading. Oh and this shop was dirty. Nasty. Needed a renovation and a bottle of Clorox. Yea. The End.

–_– if they’re not trying to up sale their manicure to «gel» or pedicure to «see — sawl»(sea salt) … they’re speaking about you or the person next to you in their language. I’m not sure what part of Asia the workers are from BUT they need to learn to adapt to thee AMERICAN culture. No MEANSNO. Yesterday I went here to get a simple mani-pedi and eyebrow waxed. During the week prices tend to be less. I was expecting to pay about 20-ish but left paying 30. After telling the lady NO I don’t want the callus remover, she acted like she didn’t understand and proceeded to give it to me anyway. –___– She was extra rough with my feet and a speed demon. That’s what gets the ONE star, their service was fast, then again it was a Wed afternoon and hardly no one was in there. WAIT what takes the cake is while getting my manicure done, the lady who’s doing my nails is conversing with her co-worker who standing to the left of me. And then… BUURRRPPP, wait scratch that BELCHHHH HERNA-STYBEHIND… now I’m not sure if she said excuse me in her language but that was it. Time to find another nail salon. My nails came out pretty good overall. Au natural!

I’ve been coming to this salon since I was 12 and I have to say the service here is superb. They are very professional and totally friendly. One dislike I do have is when you are getting a pedicure they do insist that you get other things with it. I guess that’s their way of making money right? Well other than that they are excellent and will highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I just finished getting a manicure and pedicure at New Exotic! I am extremely pleased with the customer service of this nail salon. KK did an awesome job and she had the personality to match :) The fact that they also carry OPI and Essie nail polish is a huge plus! I was out within a hour ½ and the convenience of being open on a Sunday until 6PM has made this establishment my new nail salon.
