Stopped for my daily coffee at a never before visited DD. The staff was very friendly. It did appear that they would get a little backed up when the had 3 or more customers, but they were apologetic about the delays.
There were only three employees here handling a steady stream of customers. The employee handling the sandwich making was full of smiles.
I would definitely give this location 4 stars if they were a bit faster. The customer service was great.

I love this dunkin donuts! Everyone is so nice the Spanish girl and all the guys! Thanks for providing great customer service. I felt comfortable getting a coffee and just hanging out. Only downfall is there are no outlets since they are all closed.

My favorite location. The service is quick in the morning when you are rushing to work. The workers are friendly and courteous. My order is always correct. I licked this location much better than the one on Linden Blvd.

Horrible customer service. The employees are young and rude. One young lady gave me attitude as soon as I placed my order. They definitely lost me as a customer at this location!

Good fast service. My Order is always right. This one is way better than the one on Hempstead turnpike by the racetrack. I recommend coming to this one instead.

Come here if you want to repeat your order 12 times and they still get it wrong. Size, hot iced, flavor — they just don’t comprehend anything you say.
Then when I order, he takes my money and disappears into the back for 5 minutes. Had to ask someone else to make it. Unbelievable.
The guy next to me was just handed his hot latte — and they forgot to heat the milk. Lol.

It’s good to get the DD Perks card so you can get ice coffee for 0.99 cents only! I got the new flavor pumpkin and it was good.
The 2 workers there were friendly and helpful!
It’s a medium location and clean! They have a few tables and chairs for one to sit, sip and chat! Nice size parking lot with other stores to shop too!

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s clean, the service is OK, but that’s dependent on if the A or the B Team is working that day. The employees are young and at times tend to focus on the dialogue amongst themselves, instead of focusing on what the customer is ordering.
There is another local DD in Elmont that shares the same general manager, however, the service at the other location is better.
