Really shady. They gave me a watch with scratches already on it. SA told me «she’ll go in the back and find me a new watch.» But how the fuck is it that the watch I tried on in the counter looked newer than the one she gave me. Granted I did have two Alex and Ani bracelet and a natural stone bracelet I made on my own. But the watch I tried on didn’t have any scuff marks. The one SHEGAVEMEHOWEVER I said«don’t package it I want to wear it now.» Wore it for less than a minute and there were scuff marks. I purposely waited 5 days instead of return on the same day so I can avoid her shady ass. But she was there anyway the day I returned the watch. Ugh can’t stand these people. But the necklace I bought for my friend was nice. I’m guessing because she didn’t want fossil to leave a bad impression on my friend who is able to afford Cartier bracelets. Who knows. I didn’t touch my friends necklace. Once it’s bought and packaged it’s left in there. SA told me the material was stainless steel. and btw the watch I got was rose gold. I have a sneaking suspicion she gave me a ruined watch because I told her there was a 25% off which I could get if I ordered online. So she offered the same deal but reluctantly. Tried to make it up by giving me w free tote. I’d rather have an unscoffed rose gold watch than a cotton pos tote. They just lost a customer. I will never go back there. I originally went to buy my dad a wallet. Their wallets are cheap looking too. The only wallet I wanted they didn’t even have in stock.

Being that Fossil has Flagship stores and is sold in major Department Stores, I thought they would provide just as decent Customer Service and warranties.(yes– they do have a 1 year warranty) I had a $ 175+ leather purse from Macy’s Fossil for less than a year when metal nail of my strap somehow wore away, so figured I would go into a main Fossil Store and ask for a repair or replacement parts. Big Mistake. Walked into this empty store on a Saturday afternoon and the 5 bros lingering behind the counter immediately said«No!» even before I pulled out my bag to show them. Was kind of shocked, considering this is a semi-designer store that wants to be designer?(I’m sure LV in the Mall has lifetime warranty). Not other advice they gave me, just said that they don’t have a repair shop. I think it was the Manager, he even stepped in and said no, seeming like he wanted to get rid of me. I asked again and one of the semi-nice guys said that Imaybe I should ask a cobbler, but even that, I have a metal piece and I offered up my solution, a metal foundry. The rest of the bros seemed uninterested in researching or helping. Low and Behold, on Fossil’s Website, you can email them and for Excellent! Customer Service, Gabriella directed me to mail my hardware and strap to: Metro Service Center Attn: Repairs 10615 Sanden Drive Dallas, TX75238 AND, I got a new strap at zero cost(because they couldn’t fix the hardware). AND she returned my check for shipping $ 8, because my bag was still under 1 year warranty. Thank You FOSSIL for YOUR Customer Service, No Thanks for your Queens Mall Retail Store’s Customer Service.

I am not sure about all Fossil stores but like the one star says… Methinks not. I go in there to purchase something for my loved ones’ birthday and didn’t know what. Im inside looking at bags and someone comes in to tell me I should look at a watch. I told them she has a watch. and kept hunting me down to see if I need some assistance. Sure even times you need help but following me like I am going to steal something is just wrong. The store itself is small so there really isn’t a need for them to follow. If I need help I will gladly ask. If anything, I strongly suggest if you have to shop here find it elsewhere, buy it online or see what you want to buy online, go in, and get it and get out. I get it you need to sell certain things to fulfill your quota. This is why I cant do retail that needs to achieve a certain amount.

Walked into this Stroller Center Mall location thinking ahh let me take a browse at some sub-par assembled yet elegantly styled watches. Had an effeminate young Latino male ask me if I needed help. I informed him I was just browsing as to not waste his time. No more than 30 seconds later the Tight Pants wearing man-boy proceeds to rudely ask me «do you know what you’re looking for» as If I didn’t specify that I WASJUSTBROWSING. I don’t get what is going on with retail stores do they just hire the lowest IQ workers they can find or maybe in this case his rigidly tight pants were cutting circulation to his brain :) No wonder why customers are rare as a Fossil in this dump.
