I had all my windows replaced by Durabuilt over the Holiday weekend. They were on time and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up when they were done! My neighbor came over to say I now have the best windows on the block! I agree.

Of all the businesses I’ve come across, this one would top my list for being the most disreputable, dishonest, and disgusting. I had them do a relatively small project in my house that was estimated to take 5 days. After 8 days, the project was nowhere near close to being completed (not even 25% done), so I called the owner to address my concerns. I told him that my project was taking much longer than expected, and he responded «What do you want ME to do about it?» Well, as an owner of the company, I would think that he would know or care if a project was going to take significantly longer than expected. But I bit my tongue and nicely asked if he could talk to his employees and get an estimate of when the project was expected to be completed. He continued to be rude, hung up on me, and his contractor called me back. After 12 days (and still quite a bit of work to be done), I visited the owner in the office. I honestly have never been treated so poorly in my life. He was completely disrespectful, called me names, made excuses for his worker, and refused to admit there was a problem. I was visibly shaken after leaving. Thankfully, the contractor agreed to come over, and he realized that there was a major problem with the job. At the end, everything was MOSTLY fixed, and I couldn’t wait for them to leave my house.
