Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve never been to a worst Dunkin Donuts. I’ve been going here three years, and the ladies still do not get my ice coffee right. Their idea of light and sweet is 75% simple syrup 25% coffee, it’s gross… By the time you realize your coffee is inedible you already swiped your metrocard and you’re underground. They also have no sense of urgency. People who come here are probably trying to catch their train, but they’ll take their sweet time doing whatever there doing before finally tending to you.
This one lady, I asked for a ice coffee with peppermint mocha. She asked iced or hot like three times, and then in the end she charged me for a ice latte, which by the way, is more expensive. I wanted to scream «WOMAN, I SAID ICED COFFEE… ICED COFFEE. ICED COFFEE!!!» at her but I didn’t even have time cause I was already so late for work.
Honestly, I’ve been going here for three years but I always make an effort to avoid this Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes I even go to McDonald’s next door, it’s that bad.

What I ordered:
Everything bagel with «lite» cream cheese.
Small coffee. (smalls come with a shitty cover and the coffee spills everywhere.)
Taste like every other DD.
Before entering the store, there was a crackhead kneeling infront of the store doing what crackheads do. (RED FLAG) You can find him puffin’ on a dutch and giggling to himself uncontrollably.
Staff:
Desensitized to what is going on around them.

Unkept/​Sloppy Appearance.

Me: «Everything bagel with „lite“ cream cheese please».
Me: «BTW, You have a crackhead openly getting high in front of your store»
Staff: «silence…»
Me: «did you hear me?»
Staff: «ok, extra cream»

This DD is sooooo gross! I really made it a point to look for their grade but of course it was «pending». I’ve been here like three times and all three times the tables were filthy! Chairs are scattered everywhere. The food is so nasty too, but that’s not their fault. Lol

Ive been to quite a few DD in my area as well as in other states and I have never had such horrible service. The workers there have such a nasty attitude and the wait time for a coffee I sat least 10 – 15 minutes. The first time it happened I didn’t complain much, I figured because it was a Monday morning they were busy so I let it go. But I’ve gone back 7 times since then and ever time was the same. Needless to say I will never be going back to this location again.

I came in here today around 12:30 PM after heading to a job interview that was a waste of time. I didn’t want lunch so I ordered the chicken and apple sausage.
I didn’t want the meal or beverage, just the sandwich. It took 5 minutes to get my food. The sausage was good. The sunny side up egg was the frozen kind that comes in the frozen breakfast sandwiches in the grocery store.

A nice DD with nice staff members, the donuts seemed a bit old looking at 8 pm. Iced lattes (large) are $ 4.60, cheaper than $ 4.86 in the mall. There are a number of tables to sit at.
