Very clean place. I absolutely loved my facial. Jojo took her time to do my extractions. I recommend if you don’t want to go all the way to Manhattan.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their facial. I just had a facial with microdermabrasion and it was fantastic. I had a Groupon and they didn’t treat me any different (like some Groupon locations do). I have a broken foot and they allowed me to take my time and the girls even went TO my car to grab my crutches because it was raining. Outstanding customer service! Krystal was great! She took her time and my skin feels amazing and hydrated! I will come here everytime I am in town.

The only reason I am writing this review is because their staff needs a proper training! They book like 10 patients every hour and doctors never spends more then couple minutes with you! Never gives you a chance to ask any question. Assistant touches the gloves with their dirty hands and leave the on top of dirty counter for the doctor to come wear and do the procedure. No proper sterilizing process!
Spoke with their manager once about this concern but it was exactly the same when I went again next time!

LOVE THEIR FACIAL! only bad part
1. They ask for tax even though groupon does say anything about additional payments
2. They try really hard to upsell you! Not a good look.

They changed their prices on the chemical peel! 175 $ new price, my brother got it and the effects are none ! The cheap 125 peel was better !!! This place has gone from bad to worst !

Made an appointment by phone for dermal filler injections at the Manhattan location. Waited a week for the appointment… okay, no problem. Got there and was told the consultation appointment was $ 100. Now you tell me?! Annoyed, I left and didn’t go back. They may give good service, but I’ll never know.

Their staff changed my appointment from 1:00PM to 12:45PM without asking me, and then called me at 12:50PM TELLING me that I am already late and WONDER if I was still going. It was Saturday and the train route was totally messed up. I called them back when the signal gets better. It was 1:13PM (so I was 13 minutes late) I called and said I was right outside the building. And then this receptionist who WONDERED if I were going told me to reschedule because she doesn’t think they have enough of time to finish my facial. I said no, just canceled it.
They don’t have enough of time to finish my facial because I was literally 13 minutes late? Or maybe they count it as 28 minutes late because they changed the appointment time without asking me. FYI, they always made me get changed and waited in the room, sometimes 15 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes so I don’t understand why they did not have enough of time to finish my facial. I’ve been going to this place for more than 2 years and have bought many different facial packages. Each facial takes a bout 2 hours and sometimes a little bit longer. If the esthetician stops telling me the gossips in her office or stops asking me about my friends (I referred at least 5 friends here) or if they don’t make me wait 15 – 30 minutes in the room after getting changed I totally believe they would enough time for my facial. If the esthetician does not being pushy and tries to sell beauty products or facial packages to clients like she always does, I believe she would have enough time to finish my facial.
When they don’t have enough of clients to fill up the schedule they will call you to go there. One time I missed the call and when I called back, they couldn’t find out why they called me. They just put me on hold for a very long time and hung up. And then call me the next week again asking me if I have time for a facial.
Very «professional» staffs here and very «good» management!
I would not come back to this place once I finish my facial packages. (so sad I bought two packages) and definitely would not recommend anyone here again. Do yourself a favor, look for another facial spa with better services. There are plenty of them.

I love this place, i’m totally hooked. I went here to have IPL and was informed that my face would look a bit odd for a few days afterwards. I had an important business meeting the next day so decided I couldn’t do the treatment at that time, for my inconvenience they gave me a complimentary facial. It was done by an amazing women, who I cannot remember her name (she was Ukrainian i belive. sorry!) she was just so professional and so good at her job. I rebooked to come in and have the IPL the following week. They again were super professional and lovely, it worked wonderfully well, all redness from my cheeks has gone and brown spots have faded considerably. My face did look a little odd for a few days, the freckles turned to tiny scabs and fell off, but it took a couple of days only. I was impressed but didn’t think it had been all that effective. However, I woke up this morning (around a week and a half after treatment) and my face looks amazing!!! so clear and so smooth and a much a better tone. I look younger and everything is a little brighter, i cant wait to go back. It was all just a great experience. I hope Dr Wan looks after his staff because they are just brilliant. Highly recommended! I think i’ll be spending far too much time here from now on.

I was hoping to give 5 stars but I made appointment for follow-​up and Microdermabrasion. After treatment, microderm, Noone could be found! NO FOLLOW-​UP. NO PICTURES TO SEE IF ANY DIFFERENCE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! NOTHING GRAND! NO BIG DIFFERENCE! Again nice place and nice people but not run so great. Sorry, I was hoping to come back with 5 stars, but not when a business offers you a follow-​up and is nowhere to be found while you’re waiting. I gather they realized during microdermabrasion that there was no big difference in my looks and decided to hide from that fact.

Pro: They offer good promotional deals! I bought 5 sessions of hydrodermabrasion for $ 300. The place is really nice and clean and you feel. Both Tiffany and Joanna took care of me. I can certainly say they are both very caring cosmetologists .
Cons: Not a huge fan of the receptionist.

4D Laser, which is one of the most effective treatments I have ever had. It is truly a non surgical lift. No pain, with immediate results. Med Spa staff and Dr. Hui beat anything Manhattan has to offer.

I bought the $ 45 groupon for Hydrodermabrasion which is valued at $ 110. My consultant Marcella told me it may not work for me and recommended something else (valued $ 65) plus a face mask (valued $ 35). If another treatment was supposed to be better for me, that would have been OK but I shouldn’t have been asked to pay the additional price for that. The recommended treatments actually cost less than the one I had purchased. I ended up paying another $ 35 for the face mask (in addition to the tax & tip). But the worst part of this was these recommended treatments didn’t really do much for me. Microdermabrasion was done as part of the treatment but only for like 2 minutes — I was told it should not be done longer than that. I am not a skin-​expert so I would be inclined to go by what the facial consultant recommends for my skin. Unfortunately, I ended up paying twice the price of the groupon with no effective results to show for it. I realize one treatment can’t do «magic» but overnight, my skin has got worse from this treatment. This, I didn’t expect.
On top of that, I was asked to purchase additional expensive services like Laser to take care of scars, pigmentation and all. I thought Hydrodermabrasion addressed scarring, pigmentation among other skin problems, based on my research.
I guess this will be my only visit here!

I have had the best experience in my Entire Life with Joanna for my facials n led n with Dr Wei for his excellent expertise in fillers. Joanna is a kind hearted n very well-​informed beautician. I purchased a package of 5 led sessions for $ 300 with a free microdermabrasion n I have never been happier. I leave feeling refreshed and energetic. Dr Wei did my fillers on my temples, tear troughs and nasolabial folds. I was skeptical at first as I have read a lot of horror stories on fillers. But Dr Wei dismissed all that n performed his techniques on the fillers immaculately. I feel refreshed. My face looks so much better n I have so much confidence going out without makeup. I recommend this to anybody who wants beautiful skin with the best doctors and beauticians!

I purchased 2 micro dermabrasion packages, one for my mom the other for me. We had a shared room and Ivy and Joanne performed the procedure. They were friendly, clean and did a great job. They didn’t try to sell us extra things while we were getting the treatment which let us just lay there and relax. We did end up getting a package for radio frequency to try that out next since we had such a nice experience with the Mico dermabrasion. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

What a beautiful spa. The atmosphere is claiming, clean and classy! The esthetician Joanne was very friendly and did an amazing job. I do not often get facials but after discovering this place I will!!! A must try spot. I recommended this spa to all, facial regulars and those who want to try a facial. Great way to relax and get your skin healthy!

It was my first time ever getting a facial from here in fact it was my first facial EVER! and I absolutely loved it. I was greeted by Cleo and her assistant and i instantly felt welcomed. I loved the environment and the decorations. Best thing yet, she made me feel comfortable and since it was my first time ever getting a facial, she described the process to me step by step.
overall, i loved the service, didnt expect it to be so relaxing

Came back for another deep cleaning facel with a friend. We used the package I bought last visit and we’re both very satisfied. Both our estheticians were very friendly. I wrote alot more in my last review but it seems to be taken off. I will bw back in two weeks!
