I’ve been going to Dr. Hardy for some years now, and have had great experiences. My only cons about going to this office are the staff. They overbooked appointments, and they never seemed to answer the phone. For a business, it is essential to professional staff at all times.

i wish i could rate 0 stars, so i never write review but this time i feel the need to do so, ok so the doctor seems like a good doctor but either he needs a better staff or he just doesn’t care about messages let’s begin with my first visit i was schedule at 12 pm but also 8 other people i was seeing at 1:30 pm ;/i only needed it a birth control medication so he gave me a prescription for 2 months only mmhhhh after 2 months i think i have called this office like 40 times to try scheduling an appointment and they only picked up the phone like 5 times in which i requested the receptionist to inform me if i need it to come in to get a refill on my prescription and she said she will ask the doctor and call me back of course i didn’t get a call back i called 3 more times and all the times i was told they will call me back they didn’t this was saturday i called again monday asking if they had any answer she had no clue of what i was talking about i explaining again and said they will call in my prescription she ask for my pharmacy info got to the pharmacy and of course they never called in i called them again and ask about it she said give a minute i will ask the doctor i was waiting om the phone for 25min and she never got back so i hang up and called again no answer. this is so unprofessional and i can’t believe it has been such a hassle just for a prescription i can only imagine the kind of issues i will have if is something more serious. shame on your staff dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hardy for almost 4 years now. He was recommended to me by a co-worker who’s baby he delivered some 11 – 12 years ago. Although, I only visit Dr. Hardy for GYN services, I can tell he is great with expectant mothers.(Take a look at his picture wall/hallway filled with newborn babies and toddlers). In any case, Dr. Hardy is the first male GYN I’ve ever dealt with since starting my female wellness visits(about 13 years ago) and to be 100% honest, his professionalism and knowledge along with his patient care priorities, far surpasses ANY doctor,(male or female) I’ve ever gone to. Whether it be my normal physician to my dentist! His bedside manner is great and I sometimes find us having the most informative conversations while he performs his exams. I thought it would be uncomfortable for me to have a male doctor handling my lower parts, but ironic enough, I find it more uncomfortable to have the female assistant standing there peering over his shoulder than him actually performing his responsibilities. I understand this is the norm and have become completely oblivious to it by now. Don’t get me wrong though, his two assistants are AMAZING as well. Very welcoming and accommodating. Appointments with Dr. Hardy are never a problem. His hours are pretty decent as well. I do wish sometimes his Saturday hours were a bit more flexible. To date, I don’t think I’ve seen him on a Saturday. When I used to work across the street from his office, it was fairly simple to just run across the street early in the morning to be seen and come back to my desk as though nothing had happened. Now that I no longer work in the area, or the borough much less, I still go out my way to see Dr. Hardy. I salute doctors like Curtis who actually care about their patients and are gentle with them when it comes to something as uncomfortable as a GYN visit. By the way, the mall is literally right across the street and there’s a few restaurants(Olive Garden, Joes Crab Shack, Longhorn) that have just opened pretty much two seconds away. Convenient for the woman who took the entire day off for her visit and needs a little further activity to make her day all the more productive. Just my suggestion.
