Dyon’s Tapas & Wine Bar

As my son and I emerged from the Ellsworth Tennis Center, the smell of delicious food overwhelmed us. We stopped in to inquire, and as they were just opening for the day, we couldn’t help but sit down. We enjoyed some herb-​roasted nuts, Bison sliders (2) on pretzel rolls, and Pizza. We ended with the toasted Marshmallow desert. All dishes were delicious and satisfying. The Sriracha Slaw that accompanied the bison sliders was out of this world. Fantastic, intimate and cozy atmosphere, 12 seats total. They have the right concept, as I am prone to overeating, the small amount of food my son and I consumed was filling and we did not desire to eat anything additional. I’m glad we discovered this gem, and as my son wants to play tennis, I see us stopping by often. Next time maybe I’ll even wait for my wife to show up :-)
