The reviews are all correct in my opinion. Food was fresh and tasty but nothing to write home about. The service was good and not really friendly but they are courteous for sure. I’d definitely go back.

My rating is based on need and delivery. Allow me to explain…
In the wee hours of the morning of a night spent without heat, sleep or hot food I found DJ’s. The lights of this local corner diner called us in from the road and we sat at a table and received really good, well organized service and all the hot coffee we could consume.
We ordered a couple of the morning specials: a couple of eggs, choice of meats, potatoes, toast and coffee that was included in the meal. Portions were decent and the food was fresh and tasty. The price was under $ 7.00 each.
I watched the line cook process a giant mound of home fries, eggs, steaks and even burgers with genuine experience and finesse. Our diner food was exactly what we needed; hot, fast and delicious.
Suggestions for patrons:
1) Cash only.
2) If it’s really cold out — don’t sit too close to the door. Locals tend to hover and chat in the doorway (with the door wide open) even when it’s freezing out.
