Alright, so it sounds like this JK fellow above me has his panties in a bunch because he couldn’t do a walk-​in at 4:10pm at a place that closes at 5. Unfortunate for you? Yes. But worthy of a one star review? No.
I’ve gone here a few times and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I’ve always felt welcome there, and they’ve accommodated to my walk-​in requests on more than one occasion. Sometimes they haven’t been able to, but hey that’s part of the risk of not making an appointment. Honestly, I’d be a bit wary going to a place that was ALWAYS available for walk-​ins.
Anyways, here’s the bottom line: Top-​notch haircuts at reasonable prices from stylists who love their craft. You won’t find young employees freshly out of their high school beauty program. You’ll find veterans of the industry who know what they are doing. Judge this place on what it is, not on one individual’s unreasonable reaction to a successful business.

This place looked promising and it was conveniently located in the same shopping center as the Lotte market and some good restaurants. The hair place said they were open until 5:00pm on Saturdays, so I dropped by on a Saturday at 4:10pm for a quick haricut, but they said they were already closed and weren’t taking any more customers for the day. It was pretty empty at that time. Fortunately, I was able to find a hair place down the road, but I get disappointed when customer service is poor and not geared to providing actual customer service or promoting their business. Too bad. The place down the road gave me a solid haircut in less than 15 minutes and it was very reasonably priced, so I know the haircut would have been quick and this place could still have closed by 4:30pm.
