By far the best Mexican food in Kittitas Valley. The staff are nice and the food is outstanding. I grew up on homemade mexican food and I can say this place almost takes me back to childhood.

Absolutely amazing! Food is steaming and delicious:) Is a good family oriented environment, a nice overall feel! Other than the cabbage salsas absolute wanted comeback and some landscaping, everything is awesome! Live music could be a plus too:))

Okay so this place is Americanized and when I say that I mean they are serving food for gringos. now that that is been said there is nothing wrong with serving Americanized Mexican food, Taco Bell does it every day. The problem comes in when the food is not seasoned and tastes bland. If you’re going to use refried beans from a can at least have the decency to season them with a little salt. The food is below average for Americanized Mexican food and the service from the server that I had was very disengaged and distant. As I left this restaurant I noticed that they had a special posted for a Colorado chili I would’ve been interested in that had my server informed me that the special even existed. After spending a week here in Ellensburg I had honestly hope to find a diamond in the rough and unfortunately I had hoped at this restaurant was going to be that diamond but alas it seems that this is just another rock amongst the dirt. If you’re going to entertain coming to this restaurant save yourself a few dollars and just go to Taco Bell across the street at least their food is served seasoned.

The food isn’t great and the staff is rude, we had kids with us who made a mess on the floor and we overheard the manager cussing about us in Spanish, very rude, obviously not a kid friendly restaurant ! Never coming back

Very yummy and portions amazing. I was muy hangry but now I’m muy happy after eating three full sized enchiladas AND the complimentary chips and salsa. Gracias Fiesta En Jalisco, me gusta mucho!

Just bad. Way over Americanized. Not my style. Everything floating in a moat of beans and rice. Cheddar cheese overload

This place is terrible. The food is raunchy Mexican. I specifically asked for my burrito with beans, chicken and guacamole. Dry, no salsa, no cheese. It arrived with no guacamole and cheese. At least they got the chicken and beans right???

We went to this place for dinner when we drove back to Seattle. I had steak fajita with corn tortilla, and it was the best ever! It came with sour cream, guacamole and killer pico de gaio. Don’t let the prepackaged tortilla chips fool you, the food was as good as in $ 30 entrée restaurant in downtown Seattle. Although the place looks like the Restaurant Impossible before picture, our entrees exceeded our expectations. Totally would come back again.

This place is clean. It doesn’t look pretty outside but inside its nice. The food is always fresh and hot and they have the hottest sauce ever. Not even found in Pasco. WA tratalo te encantara

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We’re always go here over the other Mexican restaurants. Great prices for your enormous portions. Great friendly people and atmosphere. Go here. Or be square.

Desperately needs to revamp the salsa recipe. Honestly that is the worst salsa I have ever had. Besides that the meal was enjoyable and the waiter was good. OWNERS!!! Heres a recipe for salsa to get you off one the right foot. Makes 2 cups 1 garlic clove, peeled Fresh hot green chiles to taste(I like 2 serranos or 1 jalapeño), stemmed and halved 2 medium-large(about 1 pound total) round red, ripe tomatoes 1⁄3 cup(loosely packed) roughly chopped cilantro 1 large green onion, roots and wilted outer leaves removed, chopped into small pieces 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice(or vinegar) Salt

Come here for the O.K. service, stay for the average food. It was an impulse stop, but hey– Ellensburg should have fairly authentic food. The servers were alright, but outside of the slaw salsa, the food was sooooooo boring. The interior was tacky too. I will say this– their cocktail list was pretty impressive, there must be at least 50 mixed drinks on the list. Maybe that’s what I should have done first– doh!

Since I live here in the Eburg now, I have to get used to the mexican food not tasting like it does back in Southern CA. That’s okay, cuz I found The Fiesta! Fiesta En Jalisco is where to go for many margaritas, burritos, chile rellenos, cheesy crisps, and that yummy cabbage salsa! This stuff makes a stomach happy!

Big thumbs down for this place. Our server was yakking on his cell phone the entire time that we were there. Thus, the service sucked. The food was nothing special, either. Never going back.
