Amerigas Propane

Worst company ever! I use the AmeriGas out of Delaware and their office is dysfunctional. The staff have no idea what they’re doing and do not follow up EVER. They say they’ll look into your inquiry and call you back — NOT. They will never call you back. You will never hear from them and then when you call their office back in an effort to get answers you have to start all over again with a new staff member. They will not transfer your call to the original staff member who assured you they would call you back. This company overbills, doesn’t write contracts correctly and never resolves the billing mistakes. Not to mention they overcharge for propane anyway. I am now getting my propane $ 1.00 less per gallon with a new company than I was with AmeriGas. thiefs! Stay Away!

There bookeeping is as bad as it gets. They over charged me, said they corrected the bill and they they rebilled at a higher rate. What a messed up company.
