Well, I’m not very impressed with the service I’ve gotten here. The front desk lady was the most helpful and I appreciated that. As far as some of the other people I’ve dealt with I was not very happy with the customer service. I’ve had to call several times concerning my father’s headstone as well as my grandparents vase. I had to actually go up there because no one called me back concerning my issue. I had someone call me concerning the«ticket» asking the names it was concerning… but why wasn’t it on the ticket when I called and gave the name… not once, not twice, but the third time? SO to get my point across I went to meadow ridge and they promise it would be taken care of before Monday and it was the Friday before. But I’m not at all happy with the customer service here.
