Horrible customer service! This was my first time visiting this dry cleaner and the lady would not even get off a personal call to help. When I took my clothes back because they were pricey, she threw the receipt on the floor. I don’t write negative reviews but this service was very disappointing.

Worst dry clean place ever! Never going back again. Expensive and can’t do the job. They said on their window drop off before 10 for same day pick up. I went there around 9 and they said can’t pick it up the same day, then I asked what about tomorrow, they said fine. And I stressed again to them saying«if u can’t do it, it’s fine, I will come back another time.» But when I went there to pick up today, I checked one of the white ones and it was still DIRTY! Like it was never cleaned! I showed them the dirty part and they said oh u asked for a rush so we couldn’t clean it and sh*t! I mean come on! I said if u can’t I can come back! Wtf! I paid $ 20 for this overcoat and u gave me back the dirty one, how is that acceptable! And this is the white one that can easily be seen, this really makes me wonder what about the dark ones that I can’t really tell the dirt. Are they not even cleaning them?

My cousin dropped off my bcbg rabbit fur vest. OMG… fur falling off everywhere and it doesn’t look shiny anymore. I called just now and ask if they do rabbit fur, the owner lady said no. So I asked, when my cousin dropped it off… you accepted it. She said oh I remember and we do dry clean those. Jus not the 100% fur kind… I am not going anymore. I will drive far out to drop off my clothes

Good quality cleaners in Elkridge. While their prices on pants are expensive, they treat my shirts well. I have had all sorts of items cleaned here and never once have I returned them. They are my regular go to place.

I went to Joy Cleaners to have a dress hemmed last month. After paying $ 23 to have a dress hemmed, i took it home to find that it was still too long. I took the dress back so that they could fix this problem. The gentleman working the desk pinned the dress up and told me to come back for it a few days later. I returned to find that the dress had never been re-altered from the first time. Upon stating that the dress had still not been re-altered, the women working the desk began arguing with me. I will now be forced to go somewhere else and pay another $ 23 to achieve the length that should have been met after my first visit to Joy Cleaners. Beware of the terrible customer service!
