We have rented from Awesome Bounce in the past to mixed results. One year, our moon bounce was filled with confetti that we had to clean out ourselves before the party, and had holes all over the mesh windows of the unit.
This year was the last straw, the unit refused to inflate properly, and kept collapsing on the kids as soon as they got inside it. When we called the company, they told us to plug it into another outlet to make sure it was getting enough power. My husband found that the power cord they supplied was overheating, and he swapped out one of our own. It worked marginally better, but continued to be partially-​inflated and in danger of collapsing if anyone actually used it.
We requested a second fan from the company, and they never brought it. When the employees came to pick up the unit, they were rude and unresponsive to the situation. We will not be using this company again.
